Nice and good- good value for money! + I had extended stay. very quiet, good managed and there is a kitchen on the rooftop and washing machines. basic, but worth the money. Opposite is a nice park for sport and relaxing. Good one! − There is not much public area- in the first floor is a food shop only. The ventilator in the bathroom was a bit loud. but overall- all good- would go again anytime. Good for short stays.

+ Cheap price, I just need a place to sleep at night so I choose this one. When check-in, you need to pay 200k VNĐ in advance and that will be refund 200k when checkout. Unfortunately I got the top bunk bed so go/down upstairs was a bit inconvenient, but others are convenient. That place's close to city centre. If I comeback HCM again, I still choose this place

A budget, close to the centre of town, perfect for a short stay! + Handy, short walk to the centre, great location − It could have been a bit cleaner, and walls could do with another coat of paint, but hey, for the price. Staff were really nice!
