Overall, though, the staff made our stay a very positive experience. Thank you, Apple, Leo and Lee, + Apple, Leo and Lee especially made our stay so much more enjoyable. They were always cheerful, positive, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for them, and they were always willing to assist us with a smile❤️ − The only downside for me was the mattress. I personally found it quite uncomfortable because I could feel the springs through it, so I think the beds could definitely use an upgrade.

+ The room was much bigger than we expected, making it perfect for a family stay. We really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were also kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!

+ The location is fantastic — right in the centre and within walking distance of Train Street, Dong Xuan Market, the Old Citadel, and many other attractions. It was so convenient for exploring Hanoi on foot. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A great choice for anyone who wants to experience the heart of Hanoi!

Geweldig en heerlijk geslapen. + Hebben het appartement genomen met 2 slaapkamers. Mooi ruim, zeer schoon en midden in het oude centrum van Hanoi waardoor alles op loopafstand te bereiken was. Zeer lief, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, kregen ook goede tips voor bezichtigingen in omgeving. − Hotel ligt wel in een steeg, dat is t enige dat minder is. Maar op zich hoef je maar een paar meter door de steeg. Meer verlichting hier aanbrengen zou wel erg helpen. Voordeel hiervan is wel dat t daardoor zeer rustig is en je goed kunt slapen.
