    + The best part about the hotel was definitely the staff, especially the woman and the guy at the reception. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay! The hotel has an amazing view of the mountains and is conveniently located close to all the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here! − A few recommendations for improvement: We paid extra to upgrade to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows, as we really wanted to enjoy the mountain view. The view was amazing, but unfortunately the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. In general, the rooms are a little outdated and could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. That said, it didn’t bother us too much and we still really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast could also have had a little more variety. We would have appreciated some more fresh fruit, perhaps some yoghurt or similar options. One small thing that would have been nice was hand soa…
