+ Had a fantastic stay. The hotel staffs are friendly and the owner Kieu Anh was incredibly awesome and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the mountain. Walking distance to Sun Plasa Center train station and shopping centers. Highly recommended.

+ Great hotel in a great location… everything close by but aware from the Main Street noise! The hotel manager can’t do enough for you, so kind and very responsive/helpful via WhatsApp before my stay too. 10/10 would recommend

+ The owner is very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier then expected and she gave us direct access to the room. We had a wide room with a great view on the mountains. − The room was noisy and dusty. We saw a cockroach on the top of the bed. After our chek-in the owner left town and we didn’t get a room service (fresh towels, tea, cleanning etc.). We did the check out with children and the owner on WhatsApp.

Worth the price and overall a really nice hotel. + The hotel was really nice. The staff were welcoming and warm and their English was pretty good. The shower was really nice. The water pressure was good and there was warm water for a long shower. The room was really clean and comfortable. We checked in at 12 AM and the staff waited for us until we came to welcome us and give us the keys to the room which was really nice. − The room cleaning includes only towel change and empty the trash cans and that’s it. No change of sheets or more paper towels and the room is pretty dark, the lamps are small so there is not much light at night.

Séjour à SAPA + La responsable de l’hôtel est très sympathique − Je crois que nous étions les seuls clients de l’hôtel pour la première nuit. La chambre n’était pas chauffée et cela a pris du temps pour atteindre une température satisfaisante. La salle à manger n’était pas chauffée non plus pour le petit déjeuner. Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Le 2ème jour, nous avons déjeuné ailleurs.

Ok but could be better + It's a cheap hotel so one can't expect too much, but it wasn't much cheaper than other hotels I stayed in in Vietnam which were much better! The pros - the lady who seems to be in charge is lovely, the location is convenient, and my room had a great view (I forked out for the suite). The cons - my room was in a rather poor condition, it was not cleaned properly on one night of my stay and not cleaned at all on the other, and the wifi kept cutting out

Les chambres sont plus accueillantes que le personnel . + La localisation − L’accueil. Hotel totalement désert et personne à l’accueil du début à la fin de notre séjour. Petit déjeuner confectionné par une personne visiblement de bonne volonté mais ne faisant pas partie du personnel de l’hôtel .
