Pleasant + The place has a phenomenal gym; good variety for breakfast; Tien -- who is part of the morning staff -- is especially helpful. My room was spacious and comfy plus no A/C blowing down right on my face. − While the hotel is very nice, I'm not sure this is a place I would recommend for Westerners as I was pretty much the only one in the hotel and it is somewhat isolated. Note: If you're interested in the normal touristy type things, I didn't find this hotel particularly helpful. I had to go somewhere else to find the type of tour I was looking for. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel; rather, I just do not think it is catered for Westerners.

The hotel urgently needs maintenance!!! + The bed was ok. − The hotel urgently needs maintenance, everything is very old, the gym is falling apart, and the breakfast is horrible, full of fried food and unhealthy options. Imagine me, a vegetarian? I didn't eat there once. For the price I paid, it could be much better. I wouldn't return.

+ Bel hôtel ,le seul personnel parlant anglais est la réceptionniste qui était tres gentille. Le petit déjeuner était assez diversifié. Hotel est calme .et propre, chambre de bonne dimension. − Les massages pas très professionnels, au bout de quelques minutes on vous demande si vous ne désirez pas autre chose pour 1 million 5 vd, si vous dites non on vous lave les pieds et c est fini à 500 vds la petite heure... Affichage massages VIP .

Hôtel d’étape sans chaleur ni conseils locaux + Vue sympa en hauteur, chambre confortable. − Hôtel très impersonnel, le personnel (très nombreux) ne dit pas bonjour ni aucun sourire pour nous accueillir ni à l arrivée ni au petit déjeuner. Ils ne fournissent pas de carte ni aucun conseil pour visiter la ville. Cet hôtel convient pour les conférences professionnelles de locaux mais pas pour un couple qui fait du tourisme de loisirs.
