Highly recommend, excellent hosts, clean, quiet and comfortable room in a great location! + The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Willkommensgefühl und Sauberkeit sind perfekt!!! + Alles war super sauber und ordentlich. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben sogar manchmal kleine treats für einen wie Kaffee oder Jogurts.

+ Absolutně úžasný přístup personálu, přivítání s nabídkou vody a ovoce bylo velmi milé. Thao nám pomohla s organizací výletu za rozumnou cenu, kdykoli jsme se na ní mohli obrátit. Užitečné byly také rady ohledně restaurací a kaváren, kde co nakoupit a čemu se vyhnout. Pokoje byly perfektně čisté, dobře vybavené. Poloha je 10 minut chůze od Starého města, takže jste tam za chvíli a bydlíte v klidné části Hoi An. Nabízejí také půjčení kol zdarma. Snídaně chutná a velká porce, zejména ovoce skvělé. Cítili jsme se celou dobu opravdu vítáni.

La famiglia che lo gestisce è estremamente premurosa, gentile e attenta. Sara ci ha subito suggerito i luoghi e le attrazioni da non perdere: i suoi consigli sono stati ottimi e abbiamo sempre avuto prezzi convenzionati, anche per il transfer da aeroporto e stazione ferroviaria. Stanza spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Prezzo ottimo! − Niente, tutto perfetto

+ We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we checked in, and her whole family was personable and generous. They helped us book a ride to the airport that was cheaper than Grab (I checked). Sarah also made good recommendations such as for the Memories show and helped us secure tickets. We very much enjoyed the show. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was strong. We ordered breakfast one morning and it was delicious. We also had laundry done and the price was very reasonable (per kg rather than per item like some of the hotels we stayed at). The location was great - just outside the Old Town and very quiet at night. We highly recommend Flame Flowers! − Nothing!

予期せぬグレートな滞在。 + Booking.comで10の評価を見たことがなかったので、最初はどうかなと思ったけど本当に10/10です。ホテルにはできないようなあたたかなホスピタリティと柔軟性、Thaoさんの人柄に癒されまくりの滞在でした。おすすめのレストランをラインで送ってくれたり(大量)、プラスアルファなツアーの提案もしてくれます(コネクションがあるからかめちゃくちゃディスカウントされてる)。旧市街との距離は全然関係ないです。5000%おすすめします。友達誘ってまた来たい。着いた瞬間の水とスイカ最高でした、ありがとう。 − 部屋、ベッド、シャワー全て快適です。

+ Consiglio questa struttura per l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, il personale molto disponibile e gentile, la buona posizione. La città vecchia si raggiunge a piedi e si e’ comodi anche per la spiaggia (vi daranno la possibilità di usare le bici).

Great homestay within walking distance to old town + Super friendly and helpful hosts with great recommendations for the town! It's a 15 minute walk to town but they have bikes to make the trip quicker. I can't think of a better place to stay in this price range.

+ - Hoa is a great host. As soon as I arrived, he was keen to greet you and to go through the check in process with you while giving his recommendations for Hoi An. - the space has a lock at night for both the outer gate and inner gate so you can rest assured it is fairly secure (not that it has to be as it is relatively safe there) - Showers has a glass panel separating rest of toilet so the rest of toilet area stays dry (big thing for some tourists, not me particularly) and the toilet is clean. - room is clean, air con is quick to cool. - they have a mini bar fridge which they do charge the drinks for. The prices are the same as you would get from a mini mart outside. So something you can consider when you want a beer straight from the fridge or forgotten to buy some water. - lovely space although not close to the old town but it's still a relatively close walk which gives you more opportunity to explore the outer layer of the Hoi An old town (which has all the good local food…

Meravigliosa esperienza + Se già Hoi An aveva suscitato bellissime vibrazioni, non potevamo capitare in un posto così bello per migliorare ancora di più la nostra esperienza. La proprietaria dell’homestay ci ha accolto con una gentilezza estrema, spiegandoci tutto del paese, consigli su ogni cosa, si è resa incredibilmente disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ci ha prenotato lei qualsiasi esperienza noi volessimo fare. Al mattino ci ha preso il caffè senza chiedere nulla, ci ha lasciato un pacchetto cibo per il viaggio che ci aspettava. La camera era curata e dotata di ogni comfort. La doccia grande con shampoo e bagno schiuma, il balconcino, letti comodi, aria condizionata + ventilatori. Posizione strategica vicino al centro, alla cittá vecchia, supermercati e lavanderie. − Forse l’unica piccola pecca era qualche formica in bagno. Consiglio di tenere le finestre chiuse perché c’è un’alta percentuale di trovarsi uno scarafaggio in camera.

Fantastico + La camera era pulitissima, con un bel terrazzino, ma il vero punto di forza è la famiglia host di questa struttura: gentilissimi in ogni cosa, ti aiutano ad organizzare i tour, spesso mi offrivano cibo dolci ecc. sono davvero delle brave persone, se venite a Hoi an dovreste venire in questa struttura, al posto del solito hotel, qui si vive davvero l’esperienza di essere accolti come a casa

if you need a place to stay in hoi an, do yourself a favour and let it be this one. + I really liked the location, further out of the old quarter but still close to walk to. The staff was exceptional. Before properly checking in the staff explained things about local markets and tailors. We received a list of recommended food spots which were amazing. They handed us a map with the hotel location and important places marked, that was really sweet :) − -
