+ Free to use laundry facilities were great. − We had a quiet room at the back which was great but the bathroom needs updating. The rodent bait trap next to the mini fridge was very worrying.

Единственный плюс — это завтрак + Очень хороший и сытный завтрак. − Номер оказался очень маленьким и грязным. В номерах давно пора сделать ремонт. Стены грязные и в разводах от сырости и воды, на тумбочках пыть и грязь, в ванной дыра в потолке и плесень в душевой.

Short stay at the Passion Suites + Location is good, Banh Thanh market and Nguyen Hue walking street less than a kilometer. All reception staff were exceptionally good & cordial and always ready to help. Helped us in booking a Grab cab for us at midnight for the airport. I had one 500K dong currency note, and he helped me with smaller denominations so that I could pay the exact fare to the Grab cab driver. − We booked for a Family Room for one day. The room was so small (only 330 square feet) that we could not open our suitcases. The room could only fit two double size beds. There wasn't any wardrobe, mirror, or table in the room. We were three adults, and hardly we could move in the room. In the bathroom, the water was taking a longer time to drain out from the sink. The draiage system was poor.

+ This hotel offers great value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy bed that made it easy to rest after a long day exploring Ho Chi Minh City. While the hotel is reasonably priced, the quality of service and overall experience were much better than expected. The staff were truly the highlight of our stay + Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Jenny and Bin especially stood out for their kindness and excellent service. They provided helpful recommendations, assisted us whenever needed, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. Their hospitality made our stay much more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City + Most of the major attractions, shopping areas, cafés, and restaurants were within walking distance, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. I hardly needed transportation during my stay because everything was so close.
