Welcoming and comfortable. + Lys Homestay was in a peaceful location but close to all amenities. We stayed in the room on the ground floor in front of the pool: it was very comfortable and spotless. The pool was great to use in August to cool down at the end of the day. The staff were excellent - very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was ordered from a menu and was plentiful and tasty. We’d definitely recommend Lys Homestay. − We liked everything.

Beautiful family owned business with a fantastic location. + The homestay was beautiful. Run by a lovely family. It had everything we needed. It was close to all the restaurants and Tam Coc attractions. We hired E-bikes from the homestay and went exploring which was fun. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent value for money. − Nothing

מיקום נוח, אירוח נחמד ופשוט + המלון נמצא במיקום מצויין, החדר קטן מאד ובסיסי ביותר, הריהוט פשוט אבל נוח. אמנם הקיר החיצוני הוא חלון אך הוא פונה לחצר הבניין ולקיר בטון של הבניין ממול. אין נוף. המרפסת היא למעשה המעבר בין החדרים. הברכה גדולה יחסית ונוחה יש כסאות נוח סביב אבל הכל מאד צפוף, בין אופניים ואופנועים להשכרה. שירות כביסה מהיר וזול. − החדר מאד בסיסי, ריהוט זול ופלסטיקי. ארוחת בוקר לא טובה. הברכה תופסת חלק גדול מהחצר, וכסאות הנוח דחוקים בין אופנועים ואופניים להשכרה.

+ The location of the hotel was brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and tam coc boat tour. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well facilitated (toothbrush, comb, towels and even a laundry basket). Staff were generally friendly and happy to help. They offered their touring services, which we did take up as their prices were competitive and cheaper than some online agents. − Unfortunately, a few issues did arise: 1) The staff's attitude changed at the end as we said we did not have enough cash to pay for our stay and had to pay with our card. At first, they were quite insistent on us paying cash as they claimed they had to pay a banking fee. We had to pay a 5% banking fee too but that was the only way we could pay. Instead of being understanding, the lady who served us suddenly became quite cold and dismissive of us. 2) The shower drainage was a bit blocked and would almost flood out of the shower cubicle. That was the same in all 3 family rooms we occupied. 3) We use…

Lovely family run homestay! ❤️ + Lys homestay was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was lovely! The family are very hospitable and go out of their way to help you in every moment. They have bikes and scooters to rent and with their help and suggestions we had the best time in Tam Coc. My daughter left her phone in the room as we left early in the morning for Hoi An and they sent her mobile on a bus the next day. Amazing, so kind! − Nothing, everything was perfect!

+ The other day, we travelled from Hanoi to Ninh Binh to spend the day, and we wanted to rent some bikes to explore the area. We happened to come across LysHomestay by chance, rented the bikes there, and spent the day cycling around this wonderful place. That evening, our bus was cancelled, so we decided to book a room at the homestay. We couldn’t have made a better choice! They took such great care of us from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us with fresh fruit, gave us a beautiful room with working air conditioning, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day. And the family… what a lovely family! They treated us like we were part of their own family. They even gave us water, fruit, and cookies to take with us because they knew we had many hours of travelling by bus ahead of us. Such a lovely place and such kind, welcoming people. We would definitely recommend LysHomestay and hope to come back one day! ❤️

+ The owner was absolutely fantastic. She couldnt have done more for us and always made sure we were comfortable. The actual stay was lovely, the rooms were great and breakfast was delicious. We took the e bikes out for 2 days and it was so much fun. The owner gave us a map and told us exactly where to go. You would be silly not to stay here. − Nothing!

Ein schönes homestay im Herzen von Tam Coc bei einer herzlichen Familie + Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in Lys Homestay. Für alle,die sehr zentral mitten in Tam Coc sein wollen,ist es hier ideal. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und bereits vorab und auch während meines Aufenthaltes haben sie meine gewünschten Änderungen netterweise durchgeführt,was ich wirklich freundlich fand. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß gewesen für mich und es war auch sauber. Die frischen Früchte zum Empfang und zum Frühstück waren perfekt! − Aufgrund der zentralen Lage und der Tatsache,dass direkt gegenüber ein Backpacker Hostel liegt ist es abends hier sehr laut durch die dort all abendlich stattfindenden Partys. Dafür können die Gastgeber aber natürlich nichts und haben keinen Einfluss darauf! Was ich sagen will ist, man sollte Gehörschutz/Ohropax mitbringen oder einfach rüber gehen und mitfeiern. 😄 Um Mitternacht ist dann aber auch Schluss, von daher geht es schon.
