Heel fijn verblijf, vriendelijk, proper en je kan er lekker dineren! + Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel, lekker ontbijt: je vroeg & bekwam! goede/centrale locatie. Leuk verblijf met binnen én buitendouche! Een zaligheid om buiten een douche te kunnen nemen! − helemaal niks!!

Top verblijf, goede ligging, lekkere keuken, klantvriendelijk. + Leuke locatie, lekkere keuken, zalige buitendouche, top! Ik was verkouden en kreeg spontaan een verse gemberthee aangeboden met honig, oog voor detail, klantenservice. − helemaal niks!

Mooi verblijf, gebouwd in een rotswand met heerlijke liggen, zowel bij bezienswaardigheden en leuk dorpje. + Mooie plek in de rotsen. Ligt bij mooie plekken om te bekijken en dichtbij liggend dorpje is heel leuk. Met fietsen van het hotel kun je hier zo heen fietsen. Huisjes zijn prima en de buitendouche vonden wij geweldig. Zwembad is heerlijk. Het restaurant heeft heerlijke gerechten, zowel Vietnamees als Westers. We hebben er meerdere keren gegeten. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geholpen. − -

Fantastisch! + Geweldige service, vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk zwembad, geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie kamer, heerlijke buitendouche, handdoeken lagen altijd klaar bij het zwembad. Bij het ontbijt kon je bestellen wat je wilde, niet slechts maar één ding. Ook waren er fietsen beschikbaar. − Iets minder goede isolatie bij de badkamer, waardoor die niet alleen vrij warm was, maar ook warme lucht naar binnen kwam en de slaapkamer iets minder snel afkoelde dan wenselijk. Maar dit is ook wel logisch bij een bamboe bungalow. En veel muggen, maar dat is in heel Tam Coc. Wel heel fijn dat ze muggennetten hadden om de bedden!

Hotel très agréable + Hotel très bien situé dans les rizières et les sites karstiques tout en étant proche de la ville. Bungalows et piscine très agréables. Nous avons pu bénéficier de notre chambre dès le matin (après notre arrivée par bus couchette). Restaurant de bonne qualité situé dans une grotte. Nous avons facilement pu louer des scooter électriques, parfait pour parcourir les environs, via l'intermédiaire de la réception.

Personal súper agradable. + Está en una locación muy chula. Cerca de Tam Coc pero hacia las afueras. Permite ir andando al centro. Un desayuno espectacular y un personal súper amable.

+ The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water heater, and they came to fix it immediately, which we really appreciated. We also loved the outdoor shower, which was a nice and unusual touch. Another lovely extra was the complimentary foot soak — perfect after a long day of sightseeing. − The bungalows are quite old and definitely need renovation, and there was a noticeable moldy smell in our bungalow. The pool is also old and located right next to the restaurant tables, which is not a very practical setup. The owner told our son to get out of the pool twice because he was splashing, so it was difficult for him to enjoy the pool normally. The restaurant was quite expensive compared with other places in the area. Also, the tiles throughout the complex were extremely slippery, especially when wet.

Very nice. Our children loved it + We stayed for 3 nights with our family ( 2 adults, 3 children) and had 2 rooms booked. Rooms are nice and comfortable and our children liked to have the pool next to the restaurant. Hotel has it’s own good restaurant and the accommodation is only a 10 minute walk from the city center. If you want to eat outside. The staff are very helpful. We would definitely recommend and go back.

+ Ottima la possibilità della doccia esterna. Doppio letto matrimoniale grande con zanzariere. Bungalow in generale molto ampio. Staff molto gentile, piscina aperta fino a tardi, possibilità di usare bici a noleggio gratuitamente. Qualità prezzo ottimi. Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo e offerto di usare il loro bagno per fare una doccia prima dello sleeping bus. − Purtroppo abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire per via del rumore continuo dei topi che correvano sul tetto, anche se credo sia una cosa normale visto il tipo di alloggio/zona di soggiorno.

Fantastisch verblijf met ontzettend aardig personeel. + Ontzettend aardig personeel, niks is te veel gevraagd. We hadden wat spullen laten liggen en het personeel heeft ervoor gezorgd dat dat op onze volgende locatie bezorgd werd. De elektrische scooter die we wilden huren stond binnen 10min voor ons klaar. Ook konden we onze spullen laten liggen toen de kamer nog niet klaar was om in te checken. Ook de wasservice was supersnel, ‘s middags ingeleverd en om 20:00 was het al klaar en droog. − Hier kan de accomodatie niks aan doen maar hou in gedachten dat het erg vochtig en warm is. De airco op de kamer was wel goed!
