    Très joli hôtel. + Très bien situé au quartier Français. Très bon lit et belle chambre propre. − Petit déjeuner un peu limité. Il y avait que du pain blancs et peu de choix de café. Le jour de l’arrivée on nous a demandé de payer le séjour en avance, ce qui nous a vraiment surpris.

    Delightful small friendly well-located hotel full of character + Very friendly and helpful staff. Trung was exceptional, helping us with our bicycles. Trung even helped us reassemble them and locked them away in a secure storage lock-up near the hotel. The hotel is small, but certainly big enough rooms. Lovely room with balcony and ensuite shower/bath. Cleaned immaculately every day. Reception staff very helpful both before and at all times during our stay. The hotel arranged for a large taxi to collect us and our packed bikes from the airport which was a relief. Great communication throughout. Breakfast area is quite small, but the breakfast choices were superb and excellent service. The location is fabulous. On a very quiet street away from the bustle, but within easy walking distance to old quarter, museums etc. Would definitely want to stay here again if we get back to Hanoi − We loved everything about it.
