+ The reception staffs were polite and helpful − Very rude staff at breakfast called Ling.. Ive never encountered such treatment elsewhere..she was so impatient to even show us how to use the coffee machine since it was all return in vietnam.. She was obviously treating the vietnamese and white guests differrently. The breakfast was bad The bed in my room was very noisy

It's OK in a pinch + The bed was comfortable and the location was not bad, fairly close to the old quarter. The furnishing were quite modern. The staff at the front counter were helpful! − The noise isolation is very bad, all the sounds in the corridor come straight through into the room, even those from other floors. There was a baby cockroach in the shower that I had to kill. The breakfast was not as good as I would have expected.

Not the best location, but clean and comfortable + The front desk staff is was nice and polite and room was clean − I did not like the location (not a lot close by and too close to a dirty train station area) and they did not refresh the breakfast buffet, when we got to breakfast we could tell food has been there for a while
