+ Very friendly staff and very attentive clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. − The only thing I could say is although there is a kettle etc in the room and snacks I would say that not everyone drinks tea so some coffee sachets would be nice

Auf Grund der Lage eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Hue + Die Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Blitzschneller Wäschedienst. Das Frühstück war dezent und sehr überschaubar, aber auskömmlich.

Personal amable abierto a comentarios que mejoren la experiencia en el cliente, a pesar de ciertas limitaciones del edificio. − Me habían reservado una habitación SIN ventana, en medio de un pasillo, sensación claustrofóbica total. Aire acondicionado con un olor desagradable. Mucha sensación de humedad . No concibo que sea legal ofrecer habitaciones en recintos hoteleros SIN ventana (para un mínimo de ventilación y luz natural). Sensación de zulo para mi gusto.

Amazing!! + The art is so pretty. There was also a very good breakfast. and the staff were so kind and helpful. They bring you water and care for your plans. I was thankful to have my luggage stored and a shower before my late train to Hanoi.

+ Very close to the city center, with a very friendly and helpful staff who were always available and happy to assist! − The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, although it wasn’t anything too concerning. A bit more variety at breakfast would also be a nice addition. Overall, these are just small areas for improvement that could make the stay even better.

Wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat, ist es dem Preis -Leistungsverhältnks angepasstes Hotel. + Das Personal war extrem freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Das Lage war auch sehr gut. − Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht der Wirklichkeit. 1x hatten wir Frühstück, was leider nicht so ansprechend war.
