A Welcoming Retreat on My Travels + Staff were very kind and allowed me to check in slightly early. The room was comfortable and clean and the location was very suitable for my trip. In particular, I was made to feel welcomed and reassured. I had arrived feeling very upset and tearful after a bad experience which happened during my travels before arriving at this hotel. Female staff member Phuong, who checked me in, could see I was upset and offered a very kind reassurance and positive comments. She made me feel welcomed which felt a personal and very helpful interaction. This improved my stay and my travel plans going forwards and so I would like to especially thank Phuong. :-) − N/A

Escape from reality + The location, and the staff friendlyness , (my favourite the afternoon receptionist) but the other 2 are really helpfull aswell are great professionals − Swimming pool, not enough space for sunbathing, no sun beds, Breakfast: not many options for tourists, there is no fruit, and only right at one drink: or coffee or juice or tea.

+ Nice area, good restaurants, supermarkets, atms and a shopping center around. Is quiet. The pool is very nice and clean - no sun beds as there are no space for them. The staff is very friendly and always trying to help you in whatever you need. Breakfast is good, is with menu. The lady at the breakfast is super nice. Good value for money, would stay again and recommend. . − Would add some fruit to the breakfast. Booked as having airport shuttle, but when spoke with the hotel the answer was that the service was not available. I understand it was not on purpose, but when adding the total for the client to pay and passing the card, please do it in front of the client so we can see the amount we are paying. The same when a payment needs to me done and the guest is in the room, the staff can't take the card downstairs to do the payment alone without the cardholder.

+ It was so easy to settle in, we arrived at 2am and the reception was open for us arriving. Everything was so easy to do and all communications from all the staff were spot on. Infact it was that nice a hotel, and its location to the many shops and restaurants that we extended our stay for a further 4 nights − Nothing

Exceptional value and service + We love this hotel! This is where we stay in District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City. We have family living close by and the hotel rooms are great and the staff are exceptional. The hotel offers breakfast at a very reasonable price and you can have many types of noodles or a more Western/Vietnamese style eggs, sausage and crispy bread roll with juices and coffee. And the pool is a great treat at the end of a hot day of walking and exploring. The street itself is beautiful - tree-lined and close to heaps of food, ATMs and convenience stores. Photos are of two different rooms/stays - 2025 and June 2026.
