Good value for money + The room was spaceous, the beds were comfy even though the mattresses were quite stiff − The shower and toilet were very close to one another

+ The location is good. Wish the the front desk area has sofas and aircon. − The fee for additional bed is too.much considering it took the space for walkway. We appreciated that our request for a breakfast to go were granted but wish the bread fillings are different everyday.

Overall, it is good to stay in city center with fair price. + The hotel feels more like an apartment than a hotel. During our family trip, we enjoyed relaxing there and seeing the city view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but the hospitality was wonderful. It gave us a warm feeling, like having a meal prepared by our relatives at home. − I don't like the hotel use old/out of date air conditioners ( I think it is split type), and it took time to be cold.

+ LOCATION WAS GOOD STAFF WAS HELPFUL. WE GOT MOVED TO SPOTLIGHTS SISTER HOTEL ACROSS TNE ROAD BECAUSE THE 1ST HOTEL HAD NO LIFT − BEDS WERE ROCK HARD. NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER

+ Với mức giá này thì mình thấy chỗ ở rất ổn. Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, có máy lạnh nên ở khá thoải mái.

Regular + La ubicación principalmente y que aunque llegue a las 2 am de la madrugada me recibieron sin problemas − Aloje dos noches y aunque tienen información pegada de la hora de limpieza nadie fue a hacer dicha limpieza y además no nos repusieron la hidratación y los artículos de aseo como jabón Shampo etc (tuve que pedir que nos repusieran y lo hicieron, pero la limpieza no se hizo ) , además el desayuno que incluía había opción de jugo natural , que fue lo que pedí y este no estaba en condiciones de ser tomado(descompuesto) les avise y me lo cambiaron pero creo que pudo haberse evitado . Adema el recinto cuenta con aire acondicionado pero el lugar es demasiado caluroso, sobre todo el baño que no cuenta con extractor de aire . El lugar también cuenta con hervidor y tazas , pero no te dan ni te ni café de cortesía
