Truly a great experience and an amazing location! + The location, staff, service and breakfast were amazing! So close to everything you could need and quiet enough for a peaceful sleep! − There were cracked tiles in the bathroom shower and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work .

Solo buena ubicación + La ubicación era buena − Reservamos dos habitaciones dobles y nos pusieron en una de cuatro con una ventana que daba a una pared y no entraba nada de luz. Pedimos dos veces el cambio y en la primera nosijeron que no y en la segunda no nos dijeron nada. En la habitación hacia olor a tabaco. La habitación tenia un aire muy ruidoso y, a parte como la ventana que daba a una pared estaba llena de aparatos de aire, el ruido se multiplicaba. El servicio de limpieza de ropa es exageradamente caro. Se cobra por piezas y cada pieza tiene un precio. A 20 metros hay una labanderia por 30.000/1kg. Las camas eran extremadamente duras. Le falta bastante limpieza.

During the booking process, there were misunderstandings; they stated they were working very hard and apologized, but t + The breakfast doesn't appeal to Turkish people. I couldn't stay for two days due to my plane ticket, and they won't refund the fee. On the first day I arrived, I tried to pay the hotel before arrival, but they said they couldn't process the payment. They said I would pay at the hotel. We had all these conversations via WhatsApp. When I called a taxi through the Grab app and got in, they told me there were no rooms available and they would direct me to another hotel. I told them I had a reservation and wouldn't accept a different hotel, so I went to my booked hotel to stay there. − They don't keep their reservations even when they are made. During the booking process, there were misunderstandings; they stated they were working very hard and apologized, but the guidance provided by the people involved was not appropriate.
