Truly felt like a 5 star experience, imppecable CS! + The Customer Service here is top notch. From pre-arrival of airport arrangement, room upgrade etc was truly well done. I can't find any negative things about it at all. Honorable mention is Chloe, she took time to ask how was our stay, any that could be improved etc and gave us recommendation for tailors in Hoi An. I observed her interaction with other guests and it's simply not scripted and try to tick the boxes because she was told to do it, it's a genuine conversation. The breakkie varied throughout our 3 days stay, and service is always prompt. Room is tastely decorated, a truly gem felt like a 5 star hotel service for us. They also offered a free bike rental service which we used to cycle to Hoi An old town. Took us 10 mins. War ein toller Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. + Gute Lage. Tolles Service. Bequeme Betten. Schöner Pool (wenn es manche nervige Touristen nicht gäbe, die verschwitzt und ohne Duschen ins Pool springen…) − Wir fanden die Zimmer etwas klein geraten. Das waren die kleinsten Zimmer, die wir je in Asien hatten. Ich fand es fad, dass jeden Tag zu 98% das gleiche zum Frühstück gegeben hat. Mehr Abwechlung bei den vietnamesischen Speise. Wäre toll. Aber auch so hat man hat was gefunden.

最高！ + スタッフのみなさんが本当に優しく、フロントを通るたびに気にかけて下さり声をかけてくれました。施設も全て清潔で部屋も広く快適でした。個人的に水圧が強く、シャワーが快適に使えたことが嬉しかったです。（同じ時期に他2箇所ホテルに泊まりましたが、どちらも水圧が弱かったです） この値段でこんなに素敵なホテルに泊まれて大満足です。 − とくになし

Beautiful elegant hotel In a great location + This place is so beautiful and I can’t recommend it enough. It has a kind of timeless elegance and the decor and interior design is amazing. The hotel room was gorgeous and was impeccability clean. We actually tried to cancel our next hotel to stay here longer. I can also highly recommended the staff, especially Chloe and Rachel. Chloe was very kind when I was unwell and helped me find someone who could help. Thanks again, I would definitely come back! − Nothing
