+ It was right in the center of the Old Quarter. The breakfast was delicious, they stored our luggage safely (for almost a week) while we were on the Ha Giang loop and the staff was fantastic. Bobby was amazing, accommodating everything we needed with the sweetest personality, communicating by WhatsApp and going above and beyond.

Great location and great staff. + Central location and helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and food is fresh and tasty. Sky bar is great at night with a view of we the city. Bobby in particular was a great host, and nothing was too much trouble. Helped with routes and transports around Vietnam - even when we had moved to other areas. As a result we booked here for our last two nights - before returning to Australia. − Nothing - all good.

Op zich een prima verblijf + Locatie, kamers waren prima, ontbijt redelijk. Verder geen faciliteiten maar was ook niet nodig er was in de buurt genoeg te doen − Douche, alles wordt nat, geen ramen

+ Clean, nicely designed, very helpful stuff, great location in the heart of the old city. − The rooms are a little on the small side and don't have windows, but honestly, we already knew that before we booked, so it wasn't a big deal.
