The staff here really went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable + We booked an overnight boat cruise through the tour desk in the lobby, and the lady there was incredibly helpful. She explained the options clearly and helped us choose a cruise that turned out to be fantastic. Having a reliable travel desk right at the hotel was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time. The hotel itself was central, modern, and very clean, making it a great base for exploring Hanoi.

+ We were really impressed by the level of service throughout our stay, especially from the bellman. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to lend a hand whenever we needed assistance. Whether it was helping with our luggage, giving us directions, or answering a quick question, he handled everything with a smile and ever made us feel like we were bothering him. His service was consistently quick and thoughtful, and his welcoming attitude made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was a small but memorable part of our stay, and we truly appreciated his hospitality.

Excellent location, good value for money. + Location within the heart of old quarter. Lake, Cathedral, night market, train street and Dong Xuan Market are all nearby. All waking distance. − Everything is good. Staff also were helpful.

Incident - perte de nos clés et divers documents administratifs. − Nous avions oublié nos clés de maison et de voiture ainsi qu'un chéquier et un livret de famille dans le coffre fort de notre chambre. L'hôtel nous a indiqué qu'elle nous les mettait de côté pour que nous puissions les récupérer à notre retour à Hanoï quelques jours plus tard juste avant que nous reprenions un avion pour revenir en France. À notre retour dans cet hôtel, nos clés, livret de famille et chéquier ne nous ont pas été remis. Le personnel de l'accueil les avait égarés et nous a indiqué que les femmes de ménage avaient dû les jeter par inadvertance. Résultat : obligés de faire ouvrir nos maisons et voiture à notre retour en France par un serrurier.

Room 401 was a comfortable place to stay + Everything was clean and tidy when I arrived, and the bed was comfortable, which was important after busy days exploring the city. The housekeeping team also kept the room in good condition throughout my stay. Nothing complicated, just a clean, comfortable room with good housekeeping service.

+ Schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal! − Es hat leider keine Fenster im Zimmer, was jedoch nicht zu schlimm war. Der Fernseher hat manchmal nicht funktioniert.
