Hôtel bien situé + L'hôtel est très bien placé si vous souhaitez résider dans le vieux quartier de Hanoï. Le petit déjeuner le matin est varié. L'accueil est chaleureux. − Même s'il est dans une rue sans voiture (mais pas sans scooters...), la rue était bruyante très tôt le matin. Mais tous les hôtels situés dans le vieux centre sont bruyants parce qu'il y a énormément de circulation et de Klaxons. C'était peut-être un des moins bruyants.

+ L’emplacement est idéal. − Les photos des chambres ne sont pas representatives (le manager de l’accueil m’a meme indiqué qu’il s’agissait de photos modifiées par l’AI). La piscine indiquée comme de l’hotel est en fait dans un autre hotel du groupe situé a 15 mns a pied .... lors de notre arrivee il nous a ete attribué 2 chambres avec fenetres sur un mur tres humides et des odeurs d’humidité. Apres negociation nous avons des chambres decentes des le lendemain. La salle du petit dejeuner est trop petite pour le nombre de clients de l’hotel. Au milieu de la salle, il y a une poutre, cela oblige a se recroqueviller pour passer d’une piece à l’autre.

Perfecte plek voor je Hanoi beleving. + Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en je wordt warm ontvangen. Ze denken graag met je mee. De locatie is perfect! En het ontbijt is ook top! − Helaas was tijdens ons verblijf het zwembad gesloten, dat was een tegenvaller vooral voor de kindjes. We konden wel naar een ander zwembad maar dat was best een stuk verderop, waardoor je dat minder gauw eventjes doet.
