+ Staff were all amazing and friendly. Nice rooftop pool. Family room spacious and bed very comfortable Nice little shop.next door for snacks, beer etc − Nothing. Its close to the river which could potentially attract mosquitoes.

Very good stay. I would stay there again. + Great value for money. Great rooms, great breakfasts and staff excellent. Pool was good. − Bit of a walk to the centre of the old town, but plenty of taxis and grabs etc. Gym is in need of water station. It’s basic but did the job.

Bardzo wygodne i estetyczne miejsce + Ładnie urządzony, wygodny hotel. Było cicho. Hotel jest oddalony od ścisłego centrum, ale za to jest spokojnie i świetnie się wysypialiśmy. Całkiem spory basen. − Trudna komunikacja z hotelowym personelem.

מלון מצויין ומומלץ + מלון מקסים, חדרים יפים ונוחים, מקלחת ואמבטיה בכל חדר, החדר היה בקומה השניה כך שלא היה נוף מרשים מהמרפסת. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת והטבות מיוחדות למזמינים מספר לילות. יש במקום אופניים שניתן לשאול ושירותי כביסה איטיים ויקרים יותר, אבל עובד המלון לקח אותי לחנות הסמוכה שם שירותי הכביסה במחיר סטנדרטי ומהירים יותר. הברכה על הגג מצויינת והנוף נהדר. המיקום מעט רחוק ממרכז העיר העתיקה, ולדעתי זה עדיף, עם זאת יש בסביבה הרבה מסעדות ובתי קפה.

Really comfortable hotel, had a pleasant stay + This is a very nice and comfortable hotel with really good service. It is just 10min grab ride to the Old Town. When we first came to the hotel at night, the bridge leading up to the hotel was stunning with lanterns. It was really hot when we were here, so some days we just spent our afternoons in the hotel. We stayed 3 nights, and it came with a complimentary foot massage, afternoon tea, and free ride to the airport. We liked the massage so much, we added on to get the happy hour 1 for 1 Full Body massage. They had free bike rental, which we used to cycle by the riverside to nice cafes. The reception staff were really kind and helpful, and recommended where we could get flowers in the nearby market. It was so comfortable in the hotel, with a beautiful bathtub and balcony. I would definitely come back if we come to Hoi An again. − Nothing. Everything was awesome
