Great stay + I really enjoyed the facilities and the staff, they were very helpful. Breakfast was also nice and the swimming pool is big enough for several guests (there are about 10 chairs or so and 2 umbrellas). There, there is also a shower and bathroom and even lockers. I also appreciate that is not such a busy area but it has enough local restaurants to pass by. We got a massage at their spa (working until 10pm. Pay on the spot), which was great.

Nothing but happiness + Having stayed at this hotel June 2025 we had no hesitation in booking it again when we knew we'd be visiting Hanoi earlier this month. In a nutshell we couldn't have hoped for a better experience. When we first arrived we were greeted by very friendly reception staff who were ready for us to check in. The reception manager (Mr Ichi) showed us to our room which we couldn't fault. (A balcony would have been nice) Next day at breakfast we were greeted as though we were family by a very friendly young lady, then the Restaurant Manager (Miss Sophia) came to greet us in person. She ran a very efficient restaurant ensuring all staff were very attentive to the customer needs. Later in the day we met a young lady from the sales department (Miss Jane) We had met her last year and she knew we were arriving and made it her business to find and welcome us back. A couple of days later I booked a massage with a young lady (Miss Vy) who gave a very professional service.( …

Globalement la chambre était bien, le personnel d’accueil était sympa et serviable. Gros point négatif pour le comportem − La masseuse a proposé à mon mari un « extra » (blow job ? Masturbation ?!!!) alors qu’elle venait de lui demander si on était mariés ! Inadmissible, gros manque de professionnalisme
