Amazing service and ammenities + The service and ammenities here were absolutely amazing, the staffs couldn't be kinder and were very helpful, especially Chi :) We stayed for two nights and it was very relaxing and enjoyable, the breakfast was diverse and full of variety; delicious! Next time we're in Hoi An, we'll definitely be staying here. Highly recommend 😊

Beautiful atmosphere and staff + Nice cosy hotel with a very comfortable bed. Nice pool for cooling down. Great In room dining. A special thanks to Kim Chi in the reception this morning, whom gave outstanding advice for activities to do around town and I ended up having an amazing afternoon and evening, including The Memories Show. She helped me with bookings and route advice making it all so much easier. The little extra check after cleaning the room could be improved. And I am super greatfull for the staff that found and took good care of my forgotten earbuds. Woke up to a fantastic sunrise this morning. Thanks.

The Best Hotel❤️❤️❤️❤️ + We have been to many places in the world, but we have never experienced such kindness and helpfulness. Program organization, nice surprises, gift massage, and everyone is full of smiles. Ms. Trang, Tu, Katie, Linh, Min, Tan were especially attentive to us. The Hotel is in a great location, beautiful, clean, the pool is fantastic, the food is exceptionally delicious, away from all the noise, but still close to the old town. We can only recommend it to everyone, we would be happy to go back anytime!

Shining Riverside + Our stay in Shining Riverside was awesome...we had a great time...Friendly and helpful staff like Ms.Trang and Ms Linh...Sir Tu helped more... Rooms are clean big and spacious... Location is just a quick ride to the ancient town... Food is good also... Hoping a more accessabiltiy to the Spa especially to people have difficulty using the stairs... But overall...execellent... Tyvm

Secluded but pleasant + Not too far from the Old Town but can be too much in high humidity to walk for 22/25 min. There is always Grab, very affordable and safe. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and large, the bed is sooo comfortable. Loved the food served in the restaurant and the pool is great. Large with many lounges and their happy hour drinks are well made.
