Bình thường. + Nhân viên rất thân thiện và tốt bụng. Đây là điểm sáng duy nhất cho cả chuyến đi. Mình cần gì là các bạn đều hõi trợ rất nhanh và nhiệt tình. − Bẩn! Lúc nhận phòng mình quên không check trước nhưng lúc mở cửa mình đã thấy sợi tóc ngay cửa rồi. Mà vì đấy là vấn đề nhỏ nên mình chấp nhận. Nhưng trong phòng rất nhiều bụi. Trên túi nhung bọc nước, trên những tấm bìa da đen bọc menu với điều khiển,... nói chung là bụi Nhưng không chấp nhận được là nửa đêm tụi mình về phòng ngủ, mở chăn lên thấy 1 nùi cát. Vì là đêm muộn rồi và cũng buồn ngủ quá rồi nên tụi mình đã phủi cát và đi ngủ luôn. Khách sạn cần xem lại vấn đề vệ sinh nhé. Khách hàng có thể chờ đến lúc phòng được dọn sạch, đúng giờ check in đã thông báo ban đầu, chứ không cần nhận phòng sớm 20, 30 phút để rồi phòng vẫn bẩn.

Good for one night stay before the cruise trip + Close to the port. Clean and comfortable bed. − Breakfast was unorganised. There was variety but it didnt look organised and kept clean regularly. Little bit messy plates, etc. The elevator is closing so fast, it is closing before the second person can come inside the elevator.

Conveniently located and good value! + The hotel was in a great location for transferring to and from the Ha Long Bay cruises, which made our onward journey very convenient. The hotel staff were lovely, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. There was also a good selection of food at breakfast, with plenty of choice. − The surrounding area was disappointing, with many dilapidated and deserted buildings nearby. There was nowhere within easy walking distance to explore, dine, or spend time outside the hotel. The swimming pool was not actually located near the hotel, which wasn't clear in the photos when booking.

+ I stayed at Paradise Suites Hotel Tuan Chau with my family for a few days, and we really enjoyed our time there. The staff were very kind and attentive, and we felt well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel restaurant is cozy and pleasant. We especially loved the private beach and swimming pool — both were perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. We had a lovely family stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Consigliato + Si tratta praticamente dell’unico bell’hotel di tutta l’isola di tam Chau. Il personale accogliente, la stanza molto ampia dai colori scuri . Apprezza il telefono in bagno in caso di problemi, apprezzabili anche la scelta di non utilizzare plastiche ( troverete infatti bottiglie di vetro e le amenities in bagno a volte da Carta) . Buono il ristorante sia per pranzo che per cena e ottima la colazione a buffet con piatti anche internazionali. Tutto sommato piuttosto pulito.

+ The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. The rooms are very spatious and clean. Breakfast is good and offers many options. − The facilities are a little bit lacking for a long stay. There is no gym and the swimming pool is not part of the main hotel (as it suggests in the photo) and can only be accessible via a small bus or walking 1.5km. The restaurant quality can be improved. The food is ok but can be a bit pricey. The menu isn't diverse enough. The vietnamese dishes are good but western food like pastas, pizzas etc. needs improvement.
