+ The host was incredibly welcoming and always available to help whenever we had an issue. She also organized our day trip to Ninh Binh at a very good price, and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes from the Old Market and right in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. − Nothing, everything was perfect to be honest.

A decent stay in a budget-friendly accommodation. + Bed was really big and several lights inside the room. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was decent. You can order an omelette for free and they will prepare it for you. I don't quite remember but I think they also prepare a bowl of pho for you for free. It is located in the Old Quarter and as long as your hotel is in that area, it's pretty much easy to walk to the different sights and to get around. Plenty of restaurants and shops everywhere.

+ We couldn’t ask for anything better. Simple but clean place to explore the old town of Hanoi. Amazing location walking distance to every attraction. Staff was superb helpful, organised a boat trip and a transport to Ninh Binh.
