A un paseo del centro + Está bien ubicado, cerca del centro histórico pero lejos del bullicio. La habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda. La piscina se agradece para evitar las horas de calor. − No pudimos desayunar en la terraza porque a la hora del desayuno había demasiada gente a la vez.

A short walk, but a lovely hotel + Large, bright room with windows facing two sides. One with a small balcony (more of a sliding door with supporting rail rather than a full sitting-out terrace-balcony) and a fantastic view of the river and the lake. English channels on the TV, rain shower in the bathroom and everything very clean. We absolutely loved it! WiFi very good. Downstairs is the pool with a nice deep area for swimming, a shallow place for kids, and lounge chairs around and even in the shallow end -- perfect for parents to relax while their kids splash away. Buffet breakfast was great, with a huge variety to suit all tastes, and taken either indoor-air-conditioned or outdoors in a green courtyard. And of course the staff were all so attentive, polite and helpful. We loved this place. − It is a bit of a walk from the central area -- about 15 minutes -- but I think that is reflected in the price. Loved our stay here! Our room was spotless clean. + Loved our stay here! The room was spotless and impeccably clean. It’s close enough to Hoi An Old Town for easy access, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the crowds and noise. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and we absolutely loved the beautiful riverfront view from our room. We especially appreciated the courteous, warm, and friendly staff, especially the ladies at the restaurant, who made every breakfast a pleasant experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Hoi An!

Beautiful hotel with great amenities + This was my second time at this hotel. They completed a renovation and I was the first quest. They made me feel like royalty. This is a wonderful hotel and a great value. The rooms are clean and the staff is A+++. They have a great breakfast buffet. My room had a beautiful view of Old Town Hoi An. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Old Town and I took a lengthy walk every morning. I hope to go back in 2027 and I will definitely stay here.

+ We ended up staying at this hotel by chance after having a terrible night at another hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises of our trip. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh, modern, and very clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town. We especially loved the free bicycles, which we used many times to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of food. The swimming pool was small but beautiful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our entire stay was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. − Nothing

Great hotel + We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, and the entire hotel felt fresh and well cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again!

Clean, Comfortable and Wonderful Service + Had a great stay at Royal Riverside Hoi An. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A special mention to the driver who took me to the airport — I accidentally left a bag in his car, and he went out of his way to come find me and return it before my flight. That level of care really made the stay memorable. Highly recommend!
