+ Nichts. Das Hotel ist Fake. Die Bilder auf Booking stammen nicht vom Hotel vor Ort. Der angebliche Pool liegt in einem anderen Gebäude ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. − Vorsicht! Betrug. Das Hotel ist dreckig, die Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Schimmel an der Decke und anderen Bereichen des Zimmers. Finger weg!

Piękny widok na jezioro Żółwia. Przemiła obsługa. + Świetna lokalizacja, miła i pomocna obsługa. Mimo, że hotel był w kultowym miejscu (vis-a-vis kawiarni The Note), to nie przeszkadzało to w wysypianiu się (praktycznie nie było słychać ulicy). Jedyny minus to basen, ktory był w innym budynku. − Bardzo ciężko otwierały się drzwi na balkon. Podczas deszczu woda wlewała się do środka. Obsługa zareagowała natychmiast.

Prima, het was een goed verblijf op een uitstekende locatie + Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede locatie in het oude centrum, overal dichtbij en op loopafstand. Geen ontbijt, genoeg te vinden in de buurt. − Er zou een zwembad in het hotel zijn maar dat was niet het geval. Dit bleek in een ander hotel van een zus of broer van de eigenaar te zijn. KLonk een beetje vaag. Maar goed, uiteindelijk hebben we het niet echt gemist. Maar was wel zo eerlijk en duidelijk geweest als dit dan ook vermeld had gestaan op de site.

Sejour tres agreable et bien placé dans le vieux quartier + L’accueil était superbe, le personnel très très agréable, nous avions la vue sur le lac, nous avons très bien dormi, je recommande!

+ Otelin konumu merkezi ve çok iyiydi. Hana gerçekten çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Ninh Binh'e geçiş yaparken bize araç bulma konusunda yardımcı oldu. Fiyat performans konusunda gayet iyi ve yeterliydi. Başka otel ile bu otel arasında kaldıysanız direkt tutabilirsiniz. − .

+ Location − We booked because of the swimming pool. It's a great pool on the 10th floor, but it is NOT at the hotel... It is a short walk away in another hotel and we could go there as often as we wanted.

Das Hotel kann man schon buchen, für den Preis gibt es aber bestimmt bessere Hotels. + Die Lage ist gut und das Personal freundlich. − Leider sieht das Zimmer anders aus. Das Zimmer Vorallem das Bad ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist auch nicht in diesem Hotel.

+ The staff were incredible. Hannah was amazing, friendly, super helpful and Kevin was polite and always engaging. The location was perfect to all tourist locations and so close to the market and lake. It was safe and nothing was a bother. If you want close proximity and friendly helpful staff definitely stay here − The room was smaller than I thought I had booked, and our room with a view was not what I expected. The pool was at another location but literally 5mins walk. The place is a little dated, and if you like hard beds, then you would be happy.

Friendliest hotel staff ever and excellent location. + The location is very convenient. Right in the middle of the old quarter, but the best is surely the attention and personalized care of the hotel team, especially Kevin and Hanna, who were so helpful through all our stay. Really remarkable customer service and friendliness.
