快適、満足！ + 旧市街好きには抜群のロケーション。散策も楽しいし、ホアンキエム湖へも近く、ハノイを楽しめる。 スタッフさんが皆愛想も感じもよく、仕事も親切丁寧で、快適な三日間でした。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

Excellent stay + Exceptional service and treatment from staff. Never been cared for or treated so well. They went over and above to accomodate for my gluten allergy and to prepare breakfast when I had early morning excursions. Surprisingly quiet room in a very busy part of the Old Quarter. − Nothing

Really nice hotel with comfortable bed and great buffet. + Everything was great and worked well except the shower wouldn’t turn off to just fill the tub - Im sure they would have fixed it if I asked though. Bed and bedding was so comfortable staff so accommodating and friendly and the buffet was really great and had a lot of variety. − It’s in the busiest part of the historic district which can be both a positive and a negative. For me it was a bit expensive.

+ We loved our stay at the Hanoi Allure. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived when they served us a welcome cup of tea and worked their magic to let us check in to our room a little early. We flew out late at night, so they stored our luggage and allowed us to rest and reorganize in their lounge before we left for the airport. Since the streets had just closed for the night market, they helped us set a spot where we could meet our Grab and one of their staff even helped us carry our luggage to the pick-up spot a couple blocks away. The location was very central in Old Town, so we were easily able to spend our last day and a half exploring our final sights. The breakfast had some very good options and even included one complimentary specialty beverage. Our room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. We were only here for one night at the end of our trip, but we would have been very happy to stay here longer.

Fantastic staff and fantastic stay + Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond with providing us service. It was bucketing rain on our last day and they helped us dry and prepare to leave. The rooms were so clean and spacious, and despite is not wanting our room cleaned every day, they still provided us water and made sure to check in. Despite being in the old quarter near beer street, the rooms were so quiet and soundproof. I could hear our neighbour but not the noise outside which was crazy good. − I loved everything!

Outstanding hospitality and service in a great location with a comfortable room and good breakfast. + The breakfast selection was excellent with a combination of western, Vietnamese and Asian options and was offered from 6:30 am whch suited us as we are early risers. The location was really convenient—in the old quarter but in a quieter location. But the thing that made the Hanoi Allure really shine were the staff—they were amazingly friendly and helpful. You really felt they cared about you.

Excellent location, comfortable spacious rooms and genuine hospitality + What I liked most was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, offering an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. The team was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain the local area, including recommendations on what to see and the best places to eat. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the location, all the main sites were walking distance. − Everything was great

+ Perfect old quarter location, short walk to train street and city sights. Super comfortable French style boutique hotel. Staff were super helpful, kind and welcoming they gave me tips on best places to eat and sights to check out. − Not much I didn’t like, obviously when staying in the heart of the old quarter the night life can be a bit loud if you are wanting to get an early night but it wasn’t anything too terrible to bear
