整體的體驗是好的也讓人感覺OＫ + 床具舒服,地點好,游泳池雖小但很夠用;離各美食點距離適中。 − 刷卡加收的百分比是信用卡公司收或是另收小費，讓我困惑。這與我在河內其他刷卡經驗不同；其實如果是另收小費我不介意但應說清楚。

Tutto perfetto ! + La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura . Silenzioso pur essendo nel cuore del quartiere vecchio . Le Stanze spaziose e pulite. Ottima anche la colazione. Il personale è stato molto efficiente nell’organizzare transfer o gite ( Ha long bay) ed è stato davvero da supporto .

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage + Gut gelegen, schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück. − Der Straßenlärm war leider die ganze Nacht hindurch ziemlich laut.

+ The location was central. The concierge desk staff were more than helpful and accommodating for our needs and questions about where is best to eat − Noisy factor even though we weren't there over the weekend it was still quite loud.

Excellent séjour + Deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet établissement. Le rapport qualité prix est toujours très bon. Très bien placé, au cœur du vieux quartier. Le personnel est toujours aussi attentionné et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix.

Ci tornerei + Posizione centrale nell' hold quarter, staff gentilissimo e disponibile ( ci hanno tenuto le valigie quando siamo partiti per un tour) camere molto belle e pulite, colazione con molta varietà di scelta

Super consigliato + Piccolo gioiello nel cuore del vecchio quartiere, posizionato strategicamente rispetto alle principali attrazioni della città. Le stanze sono di dimensioni generose, con balconcini che affacciano sulle caratteristiche vie del centro storico, la colazione ha molta varietà di prodotti. Nota di merito al personale, premuroso, accogliente , pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. In questo hotel mi sono sentito come a casa.

+ La cama era cómoda y el buffet estaba bueno − Las habitaciones dan a un patio interior y se escucha todo. Además, al estar en pleno cdnteo se escuchan TODOS los coches y ruidos de la calle...un poco coñazo

+ Lovely hotel! Right in the heart of Old Town Hanoi. You are so close to everything you need!! Pool was small but did the trick! Rooms comfy and breakfast was delicious :) very kind staff!

Great value for money and excellent customer service. + The customer service throughout our stay was exceptional as I have found it to be everywhere so far in Vietnam. The staff went out of their way to welcome us to the hotel, and to sort us a taxi for the next morning. The hotel is within a noisy area, but it's also bang in the middle of things for your convenience so please don't book and then complain about the noise. They do provide ear plugs which is a nice touch.
