Exceptional Hospitality in the Heart of Saigon! + G8 Center Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City and get to many of the places we wanted to visit. Our accommodations were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it a wonderful place to return to after a full day of sightseeing, shopping, and experiencing the city. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff was attentive, helpful, and resourceful whenever we needed assistance or recommendations. Their kindness and excellent customer service made us feel valued as guests and added so much to our experience in Vietnam. Super service - Comfortable and clean rooms, with delicious breakfast + Everything was super. Staff is very nice and willing to help with the information. The two-bedroom apartment is huge, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room. Cleaning and towels changing is every day. On the roof it is rooftop bar, gym and big jacuzzi for hotel guest. Rooftop bar has nice view on HCMC. Breakfast is served from 6:30 till 9:30, and has variety of dished to try, even they prepare eggs (fried, scrambled, cooked…), different pasteries, a lots of fresh fruit. If you like they serve also lunch and dinner. We tried several times dinner, I highly recommend. The prices are normal not high as can be in some 4* hotels. The location is also near all sightseeings, but still very quiet hotel at the nights. From hotel to Saigon river is 30-40 minutes walk. − Nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great.

Nice overall hotel, nothing to say. Very good Staff! + We liked our stay here. The room is cosy and has everything needed. The rooftop with the big jacuzzi is also a positive point. I also have a special mention to the Staff, during my 4 weeks stay in Vietnam, they’re ranked in the top of my list, super friendly, smiling, helpful, I felg truly welcomed. Thank you again to the hardworking Staff. − Breakfast was good, but the refill cadence needs to be improved, some items were running out fast, but I understand to limit food waste you can’t be constantly refilling everything.

Peccato, ci siamo illusi + Staff gentile − Arrivati in hotel per il check in come da orario consentito ci fanno notare che la camera non è ancora disponibile, nostro mal grado siamo costretti a lasciare lì le valigie ed iniziare il tour della città senza poter accedere prima alla nostra stanza. La camera non era la stessa prenotata da Booking.com, in particolare il bagno visualizzato nella prenotazione aveva la doccia chiusa ed invece è stata assegnata una camera con bagno e vasca con tendina. Il giorno dopo durante la nostra visita alla città abbiamo inviato un sms alla struttura specificando la necessità di disporre la doccia come da prenotazione ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto riscontro ne tramite whatsapp ne con Booking.com. La sera, rientrando in albergo e confrontandoci con un dipendente abbiamo riscontrato la variazione delle foto del bagno nel sito Booking.com trovando la foto del bagno con vasca ( foto con doccia sparita), abbiamo così dovuto far visualizzare al dipendente dell…

+ Some of the staff were nice and also the breakfast and people working in the restaurant were kind and supportive. There was an old lady cleaning the corridor and also the room and laundry. She was the best I met there. So in general staff attitute was good − I was there for 5 days and every single time I entered the elevator, there was a very very bad smell inside amd I beleive it was related to the old and wet clothes they were using for cleaning the mirror and internal side of the elevator. Another main issue was the AC. I am into construction and we all know that AC should not blow the air directly to your head or even your body. Putting the elevator in those delux premium room in that spot technically speaking is wrong. The old rooms as I checked are much much better in terms of AC and also the bathroom. I was there on the roof top few times and no one were there to answer your questions. In general, as you can see, there is a mismanagement for sure.
