Beautiful location with family vibes. + The room was soooo nice! The walls, the heavy wooden doors, beautiful! The people warm, helpful and just lovely. The pregnant “landlady” took me to my pick-up point with my little suitcase without hesitating for a second. I know, that’s typical Vietnamese, but I liked this gesture very much. She also offered me the breakfast that I had missed because I went for a morning hike. − Nothing

Great place to stay in Tam Coc + Such a little gem in Ninh Binh! Fantastic location, great accomodation. Rooms were so nice, clean with great interiors and views. Staff were super nice & helpful.

A little haven of peace and beautiful hospitality + Manager Ha is a delight. Nothing was too much to ask and she happily helped us book transport. Breakfast - almost too much and rooms very comfortable. In a quiet end of Main Street of TamCoc but still everything within walking distance. − Hot water was a bit hit and miss in one room but luckily not a huge problem as it was humid weather and a cool shower was needed.

Leuke tijd gehad + Heel leuk idyllisch verblijf met leuk personeel. Heel erg genoten hier − Jammer dat ze ernaast aan het bouwen waren, waardoor er veel sprake was van geluidsoverlast. Daarnaast kon het ontbijt iets beter, was karig. Je kreeg een drankje en mocht iets kiezen van de kaart, kleine portie. Wel een groot bord met fruit standaard.

+ Camera pulita e spaziosa. − Nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato c’erano dei lavori in corso accanto alla struttura, ma la nota veramente dolente e’ stata la colazione. Le foto esposte sul sito non sono reali, la colazione non a buffet, prevede la scelta di qualche opzione. Noi avevamo chiesto pancake, frutta e uova strapazzate. Appoggiati su un tavolo hanno portato un piatto con un pancake, un uovo strapazzato e mezza fetta di cocomero. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere i biccheri e un goccio d’acqua…usciti abbiamo rifatto colazione da un altra parte.

+ Staying at Little TamCoc Boutique Villa was the best decision I made in our month long travels in Vietnam. The owners are incredibly hospitable and their property was so beautiful! I wish we stayed longer than 3 days, we were so sad to leave! We will remember our experience in TamCoc for life! − Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Cher pour la prestation + Emplacement − Difficulté de trouver le personnel souvent absent et qui ne parle que vietnamien. Communication compliquée... Insonorisation faible et construction juste a côté qui fait bcp de bruit en journée. Prévoir des boules quies pour dormir à cause des grenouilles :) Forte humidité en cas de pluie (l eau s infiltre dans la salle de bain)
