+ During check-in, the front desk receptionist insisted to keep my passport until the end of my stay as a form of deposit. And when I refused, they told me to make a payment of 500,000₫, cash only. I don’t mind paying for a deposit, but the hotel should at least notify beforehand about this policy. Other than that, room and breakfast is ok, pool was nice.

Comfortable hotel in a high-rise building + Very comfortable hotel, very nice shower and bathroom. Great staff! − Wifi was pretty bad. No balcony, just a 'french balcony' (meaning you can only put one foot outside). We were on the 16th floor so I felt a bit afraid of heights when looking down from the window, but that's more of a personal thing :)

Nice hotel and stuff + The stuff was super friendly here, we had a bit wet room at the first time, and they change the room for us, even with the upgrade! The stuff was super careful. Breakfast was good, enough options to try! Would recommend definitely − Some rooms were a bit wet. Poor wi-fi and mobile signal

+ Расположение. Кровать, подушки очень удобные. Нормальный завтрак, хороший бассейн. Кондиционер хорошо работал. − Полотенца в первый день идеальные, потом дают застиранные. Вода из ванной подтекает на пол. При сдаче номера не досчитались одной ложки. Но мы ее отсутствие заметили после одной из приборок. Похоже на схему получить с туриста копеечку. Мы платить не стали и нас отпустили.

Хороший отель + Хорошее расположение отеля в центре европейского квартала. Рядом магазины, кафе, обменник. До моря минут 5. В отзывах читала, что у отеля есть лежаки, так это шутка - 3 зонтика, 6 лежаков. Даже смешно было писать про лежаки. Завтраки неплохие, из горячего - много гарниров, а мясных блюд 1-3. С фруктами плохо, 4 вида, в том числе гуава, мандарины и какие-то яблочки, арбуз или бананы. Но в целом, есть что поесть. Жили на 20-м этаже, очень понравился вид сверху на город, на море. Персонал дружелюбный, помогают в решении вопросов. − Бассейн работает до 20-ти часов, хотелось бы вечером посидеть наверху, а все закрыто.

+ Отличный вариант для отдыха. Удобное месторасположение, чистые номера, ежедневная уборка, хороший завтрак. Очень приветливый персонал. Шикарный бассейн на крыше. По сравнению с рядом стоящими и более дорогими отелями, не такой уставший. − Раз в пару дней появлялся неприятный запах в туалете. Непонятно откуда. Целый день в номере никого нет, уборка прошла, а приходишь вечером а из туалета амбре, аж глаза щиплет., Проливали все сливы в ванной и в туалете, смывали по десять раз унитаз - не особо помогало. Вызвали сотрудника отеля, он только дезодорантом попрыскал и сказал, что-то типа "проветривайте и включайте вентилятор". В общем, неприятный момент, возникал пару раз за 10 дней.
