Uitstekend + Het ontbijt was heel goed. Veel keus. Eigenlijk was de keuze zoals overal. Het is een mooi resort. Aan de rand van de oude stad maar met uitzicht over de rivier, dus heel ruimtelijk. Mooi en ruim zwembad. Prima kamers. Het hotel is niet al te groot. Je kunt fietsen van het hotel gebruiken. Verder alles lopend te bereiken. − Niets.

Absolute Gem in the heart of Hoi An. + Absolutely beautiful place. Pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is amazing. Walking distance to night markets and lantern boats. Staff were so accomodating and so friendly. We will Miss them all. − Nothing.

Amazing service!! Very relaxing stay + Me and my mother had an amazing stay here this week! Very close to all the sights, and very relaxing. Will definitely return. All the staff were extremely accommodating, and the kitchen and restaurant team were absolutely brilliant! 🙂

Excellent + Amazing smaller style resort stunning pool by the river. Restful location however clise enough to walk to the Ancient Town for dinner or early morning coffee. The free bikes made getting around easy.

Un oasis en Hoi An + Está muy bien ubicado, a solo 5 minutos andando del centro. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, la piscina tiene muy buena temperatura y está abierta hasta tarde. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Mencionar a Maya, que nos dio una cálida bienvenida y nos ayudó a organizar una visita a varios lugares.

A good stay, in a quieter area with a very welcoming pool to come back to. + Staff in all areas were amazing from cleaning, gardening, porters, dining and reception.The breakfast in dining room, was very good, staff here in particular Mr Hung and Ms Yuen friendly, happy and helpful. The pool and gardens, were a relaxing place to sit after a hot and busy time outside.

Fantastic location, facilities and staff + Just had a wonderful four nights at Emerald Riverside. The location and hotel facilities are excellent, but the staff are exemplary. Everyone has a smile, everyone went out of their way to make sure that the guests are looked after well. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen and grounds staff. A special thank you to Quang for his TLC at breakfast and poolside service. We would be very happy to return again.
