Exceptionnel + Emplacement au calme, à 5 mn de la ville en taxi. Chambre grande et très confortable, staff adorable, petit déjeuner d’excellente qualité avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons passé un séjour d’exception.

Una pena + El hotel es precioso, pero la gestión deja mucho que desear, todo fue complicado. − Llegamos y tardaron una hora y media en encontrar nuestra reserva por un problema interno. Mientras tanto nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. Pedimos dos habitaciones cercanas y no podían estar más alejadas. Y la guinda fue que en una ocasión tras volver al hotel la puerta no abría, tras hacer 2 nuevas llaves detectaron que se había averiado el sistema que abría la puerta. Tardaron una hora en resolverlo. Se le habían agotado las pilas. Luego nos pidieron disculpas, pero en resumen, una experiencia muuuy mejorable por la gestión.

+ מלון ברמה ממש גבוהה, הספא מושלם ארוחת בוקר טובה, איזור הבריכה מחומם והבריכה עם נוף בדיוק כמו בתמונות חדר מרווח מאוד והצוות של המלון עוזר מאוד בהכל במלון יש עוד בית קפה ומסעדה איטלקית חוץ מהמסעדה שאוכלים בה בוקר

+ فندق فخم ومرافق به ممتازة ودك ما تخرج من الفندق وبوفيه الافطار فيه خيارات كثيرة للمسلمين .السرير مريح جدا وبركة السباحة داخلية ودافئ ويتوفر بها اماكن لتغيير وكذلك مخصصين مكان للاطفال للسباحة ومكان خاص للعب .ويوجد به غرف متصلة − بعد الغرف عن الاستقبال ومكان الافطار.كذلك الغرفتين متصلات كلا السريرين كنج يفترض الغرفة الاخرى تكون سريرين منفصلات. كذلك عدم توفير اللحوم والدجاج الحلال (تم اعطاء طاقم الفندق الاقتراح والملاحظة).
