+ Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had very good selection of options, and was reasonably priced. The pool was pretty good size and a nice relief from the heat, but they were doing work on the pool deck which required part of it to be blocked off. The restaurant had a good selection of items to order for dinner also, and prices were reasonable. The pho, fried chicken, and pork rib dishes were delicious. The kids cheese pizza was ok. − The washing machine in our condo was not working right. When I put a load on to dry, it ran a wash cycle instead. We were checking out that day though, so I did not bring this up to the staff.

Somerset Hotel in SGN + We had an amazing two weeks stay at Somerset Hotel in HCM city! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities made our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation experience!

Lovely stay at Somerset HCM + Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We had a really lovely stay. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was very well equipped.

Overall, a very pleasant stay and whilst I made the comment about location, it was more of a wishlist point (not an issu + Clean, spacious with a 24hr fitness centre − Location could be more central I.e., walking distance to the city centre
