Great Place To Stay + This hotel is a hidden gem for sure - staff and service is exceptional , rooms are clean , they have every amenity possible and I have slept superbly due to the “comfort factor”. The spa is great too and the breakfast was excellent catering to all tastes. Location for walking out is very good - train street a five minute walk and other sights in Old Quarter are easily walkable. Strongly recommend.

良かったです + 部屋の設備は行き届いていました。朝食もバリエーションがあり美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんも全員親切な方ばかり。飛行機の遅延で深夜（明け方？）の到着になりましたが、優しく対応頂きました。 主要な観光地もそこまで遠くなく便利でした。 − しいて言えば外が見えない部屋だった分、部屋が少し暗めに感じた事くらい。

Above and Beyond Hospitality – Thank You, Anna! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ + I had an amazing stay at this hotel and can't recommend it enough. The staff went above and beyond in every way, especially when I accidentally left my passport behind after checking out. They acted incredibly quickly and arranged to have it sent to the airport, which quite literally saved my trip. I am so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. A special thank you to Anna for her incredible help and care, whose quick response and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference! The location is also fantastic—it's within walking distance of the famous Train Street, making it easy to explore one of the city's most iconic attractions, there are also plenty of local food vendors and authentic eateries nearby. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service, a convenient location, and genuinely caring staff, this is the perfect choice.

THE PERFECT stay in Hanoi! + This was the first time my partner and I visited Vietnam and this was the perfect first location. We absolutely loved Hanoi, especially this hotel. Here are a few things to note / our highlights: - The hotel arranged for our private transfer to and from the airport. We paid the fee online before arriving in Hanoi. This took the stress out of our arrival. - When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by the hotel’s friendly staff. As we checked in, we were given complimentary drinks and snacks. - The hotel itself is gorgeous and was located next to everything you’d want to see: less than a 4 minute walk to train street, about 20 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, 20 minute walk from downtown, 20 minute walk to Temple of literature and so much more! Amazing Experience in Centre of Hanoi + I recently stayed at La Sinfonia Citadel in Hanoi, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and features a beautiful, unique design that immediately sets it apart. The location is unbeatable. It is situated perfectly nearby all the main attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. It’s especially close to the famous Hanoi Train Street, which is a massive plus if you want to easily grab a spot at a cafe and hunt for the train passing through—an absolute must-do! However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, but the receptionist and the cafe team deserve a special shoutout. They provided exceptionally tip-top service, consistently anticipating my needs and making sure I was completely taken care of throughout my stay.
