Perfect place to start your journey in Vietnam + What a wonderful welcome to Hanoi! Such a friendly and helpful staff - from our request to an early check in, to a cold and refreshing welcome drink and fresh fruits, to their assistance in booking sleeper bus to our next destination. Everything was done with a smile. They even let us leave our luggage after check out and have a shower before departure. Nice breakfast, great location and comfy beds! Will surely come back next time − All was good

+ Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit überfreundlichem Personal. Haben über das Hotel auch unsere Reisen nach Sa Pa und aha Long Bay gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Hatten immer eine Anspruchsperson und es wurde sich sehr um uns gekümmert. − Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte man leider nicht selbst steuern

+ Le confort, la propreté, la localisation, le petit-déjeuner et la prise en charge par l'équipe d'accueil. − La piscine est très petite. Contrairement à tout le reste de l'équipe, un des membres de l'équipe d'accueil du soir n'était pas du tout disposé à écouter et comprendre les demandes. Il avait un sourire forcé.

Nice hotel + The room was clean especially for a busy hotel in a touristy area. Our room with quiet. We were able to easily store our luggage. The staff works hard to make everyone's experience easy and comfortable. The street seems a tad quieter than the rest of quarter which was a lovely surprise.
