Great stay but update needed + The location and the staff service to quality − The apartment was slightly dated and in need of revamp in line with rest of hotel but the room was spotlessly clean

super + Dat de appartement best ruim is , het uitzicht is mooi , super dat er een wasmachine/droger staat , ook het zwembad is groot, − de deuren kunnen wel een nieuw likje verf hebben.

Ubicación ideal pero instalaciones viejas + La ubicación es ideal para visitar Hanoi. Alojarse en las plantas altas es garantía de evitar el ruido de la ciudad (que es mucho). El alojamiento ofrece agua gratuita durante la estancia. − El apartamento estaba un poco viejo. La moqueta no olía bien y el sofá estaba un poco sucio. El aire acondicionado de la habitación principal hacía un poco de ruido. Creo que los apartamentos necesitan un poco de renovación para ser un 5 estrellas y tener el precio que tiene.

وداعية فيتنام + كانت الإقامة في شقة بالدور 15 تتكون من 3 غرف وصالة ودورتين مياه ومطبخ متكامل يحتوي كافة الأدوات اللازمة للطبخ وع فرن وثلاجة كبيرة وفريزر مستقل وغسالة ملابس سعة الشقة و وجود الصالة الكبيرة وطاولة الطعام موقع الفندق واضح وفي شارع رئيسي وقريب من كل شيء يوجد ضمن مبنى الفندق في الدور الارضي سوق صغير و سوبرماركت وان كان شكلها بتعزل رفوفها فارغة لكن تفي بالغرض مرافق الفندق من مسبح و ألعاب مثل تنس الطاولة و البلياردو وفريق الخدمة فيها متعاونين جدا مثل أليكس alex كان أداؤهم وتعاملهم ممتاز − باب الشقة لا يوجد له قفل داخلي مخلوع وأثر الخلع موجود البلكونات مغلقة ولا توجد إطلالة جيدة للشقة للأسف لا يوجد في الشقة الا دورتين مياه فقط تم تفويض الاستقبال بتأمين فان للنقل للمطار بمبلغ يماثل ضعف سعر المكاتب الخارجية والاتفاق على الساعة 5 الفجر وللأسف تاخرت السيارة ونحن ننتظر في اللوبي وكان السائق وقح في تعاملة وغير متعاون وقف في المطار مزدوج ونزل العفش وسط الشارع ومشى وشنطنا اصبحت وسط الشارع واعتقد ان الاتفاق كان بين موظف الستقبال والسائق من خارج منظومة الفندق

+ החדר מרווחת ויש את כל מה שצריך להכין במטבח − בהתחלה קיבלנו חדר עם ריח מגעיל וכשדיברתי עם הפקידה בקבלה מייד החליפה לי אותו

Great, enjoying and relaxing + Me and my friend from Australia stayed at the Somerset hotel in Hanoi it was excellent ,all staff were very helpful and friendly especially Alex and Johnny they couldn't do enough for us which made our experience very enjoyable so a big thanks to them guys and everyone there.

Brilliant location, great space for a group/family, excellant breakfast. − Dining and Kitchen could be more cleaner. Bottled Drinking water definitely required. Toilet amneties were not always replenished.
