Un peu déçus + L’emplacement − On nous a attribué une chambre single avec une seule table de chevet et une seule lampe alors que nous avons réservé une chambre,ils nous ont changé de cambre le lendemain. Par ailleurs le Wifi était dysfonctionnel.

Bofff + La chambre est grande. − Un seul ascenseur pour 12 étages La piscine est trop petite par rapport au nombre des chambres. Trop de bruit la nuit Les vitres sont mal isolées

Ottimo soggiorno, ma servizi extra troppo costosi + Colazione super, molto varia e con una splendida vista sulla città. Le camere sono grandi, comode e ben organizzate. Bellissima anche la piscina, con un ottimo servizio bar che rende piacevole trascorrere del tempo in relax. Un altro punto di forza è lo staff della reception: molto disponibile e con un ottimo livello di inglese, cosa che facilita davvero la comunicazione. − Le camere non sono ben insonorizzate e si sentono abbastanza i rumori provenienti dall’esterno o dalle stanze vicine. Abbiamo trovato inoltre decisamente troppo elevati i costi di alcuni servizi extra: il transfer con driver per l’aeroporto costava circa dieci volte più di un Grab. Anche il servizio lavanderia ci è sembrato molto caro e, considerando il prezzo, il risultato della pulizia non è stato particolarmente soddisfacente.

+ Fabulous spot close to everything you want in Saigon. Comfy bed, awesome rooftop pool and bar. Loved our balcony spa bath, so relaxing watching the city lights. Breaky buffet was great. − Nothing.

+ The modern exterior of the hotel was pleasantly surprising. It was clean, comfortable room, nice modern bathroom, and centrally located. Our main concern was the sounds of the bikes and cars whizzing by on the busy roadway; however, once we got to our room on the 8th floor, the noise was non existent. We looked forward to the daily breakfast; it was deliciously filling and balanced. They offered various options, so picky eaters could have their fill, too. The front desk staff was reserved, but fairly friendly. Housekeeping staff was friendly and attended to any request we had promptly.

+ EVERYTHING!! Amazing stay, honestly a 10/10! We absolutely loved this hotel and ended up extending our stay because we felt so comfortable there. The location was perfect, the hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were amazing from beginning to end. When we decided to book additional nights, they made everything super easy and allowed us to stay in the same room, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with lots of different options. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. At one point, we thought the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and the staff came to our room almost immediately to help us. It turned out that it just needed a little time, but their responsiveness was incredible. They also helped us with our luggage and were always kind and attentive. Everything was perfect: the location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and especially the service. We genuinely felt very well taken care of. I would 100% …
