Tuyệt vời + Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, tiện nghi. View biển đẹp. − Phòng tầng 8, View biển, nên buổi sáng khá ồn (tiếng còi xe dưới đường). Lần đầu đến, lúc đến sảnh, không thấy nhân viên hỗ trợ/hướng dẫn, hơi bỡ ngỡ, nhưng sau đó có nhân viên xuống, hỗ trợ hành lý và dẫn lên sảnh check in. Khâu này còn hơi chậm.

Attention To Detail + I stayed here twice in February 2026. (and many times before) I’ve written more extensive reviews of the hotel previously, but I must report on the attention to details provided at the Intercontinental Nha Trang. I like a particular view from my balcony and usually request a certain room for my stay. When I left the hotel for a short sojourn south expecting to return in three or four days, I requested the Director of Rooms, Ms. Thanh Tran, to give me that particular room when I return. She fielded my request and when I checked back in, I was able to enjoy my favorite view again. (same view, different floor) And my check-in was a few hours early with only about a five minute wait. Thank you Ms. Tran. Every year I return, I receive a nice welcome letter on thick stationery signed by the general manager, Mr. Tsuji, along with some really fancy cookies and candy. + Еда нормальная, месторасположение - в центре, пляж через дорогу, как везде в центре Нячанга. Есть свой пляж - это несколько обшарпаных пластиковых лежаков и старых зонтиков. Море, песок - шикарные. Про сервис читайте ниже. − Поставила 2 персоналу, надо было поставить 1. Это шок! Нас не пустили на завтрак, объяснив, что нет мест. Не только мы, но и другие отдыхающие, ждали 10-15 минут с пониманием, ну, все бывает. И каково же было наше удивление, что когда я потребовала нас впустить, то оказалось, что ресторан полу-пустой, а столы все грязные. На мои вопросы ответили, что у них не хватает персонала убирать столы!!! Шок! Я заплатив за номер не малые деньги должна на отдыхе думать об уборке грязных столов???!!! Второй шок. На пляже мне дали странное полотенце. Стало ясно, что его уже использовали!!! Полотенце было развернуто, грязные пятна, мокрое. Попросила новое, мальчик достал из пакета нормальное, как обычно, сложенное чистое полотенце. Была потрясена! Поняла, что этим ребятам не х…
