Excellent experiences + I am so please during my visit best western premier. Staffs are so friendly, polite, helpful and respectful. Facility is clean and beyond expectations. I especially thanks to Ms. Tran Nguyễn from restaurant service. She gave us a warm welcome, made us feeling like coming home. Seeing her smile every day is a blessing gift for all visitors and myself. I appreciate everything the hotel and its staffs have offered. I would definitely recommend everyone stop by one when visiting Phu Quoc Island. Thank you.

Beautiful stay completely ruined by one staff’s insulting behavior and lack of management accountability + My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate her 10th birthday. Before the check-out incident, our stay was absolutely wonderful. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Trinh for her thoughtful care regarding our room, and Mr. Anh (Guest Relation Supervisor) for his proactive support with the hot water issue. Also, Mr. Nguyen The Hau and the Essence Restaurant team gave my daughter an unforgettable birthday celebration on July 14th. I had actually drafted a glowing 5-star review because of them. However, everything was completely shattered right after check-out due to the hostile behavior of a specific lifeguard and the shocking irresponsibility of the management. Great stay! + We were absolutely delighted with our stay here and will definitely return with our family. The resort meets every expectation for a truly memorable vacation: * The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious choices. * The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. * The swimming pool is huge, crystal clear, and features water play areas for both adults and children. * The resort provides everything you need, so there’s no reason to leave the property—spa, gym, karaoke, kids’ playroom, restaurants, bars, a private beach, tour services, and motorbike and bicycle rentals. * The location is excellent, with a night market and many restaurants just across the road. * The staff are warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, we discovered this resort by chance, and we truly feel lucky that we did. We look forward to coming back again in the near future!

Wonderful Family Stay at Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc + We stayed at Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc with our entire family after arriving on December 3, 2025, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms, well-maintained facilities, and a fantastic swimming pool. The beach is clean, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The only small drawback was the food. While the quality was good, the buffet became a bit repetitive after a few days, and we would have appreciated a wider variety of dishes, especially for longer stays. Apart from that, everything was excellent. We truly enjoyed our holiday and created many wonderful family memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Phu Quoc Island and would be happy to return in the future.

단점도 있지만, 장점이 더 많은 호텔 + 위치는 정말 좋아요, 야시장 바로 길 건너라서 바로 움직이기 좋음, 마지막날 밤비행기로 출국하는데, 다음날 조식 못먹는다고 먼저 샌드위치 포장해준다고 함, 이 서비스는 몰랐는데 직원이 와서 말해줘서 알았네요, 공항에서 샌드위치 먹었는데 맛있고 좋았습니다. 싱크대가 있어서 간단히 뭐 먹기 좋아요, 소파베드가 있어서 침대 옆에 붙여서 아이가 잘 잤습니다 − 수영장 물이 너무 더럽고, 조식이 그닥,,,, 먹을게 없네요, 이불이 너무 꿉꿉해요,,,,

Overall ok. Though wouldn’t be my first option for a 5 star resort + Was overall pleasant. Food was good. − The hotel was very dated so doesn’t really look like the photos. For example the pool tiles are broken a lot and the rooms are old. The bed we slept on was visibly very old as the mattress was worn out from where the other guests had slept overtime. Not really what you’d expect from a 5 star resort. There was also a kitchen but no utensils (we were told they aren’t provided when we asked) so not really sure what the purpose of the kitchen is.

+ كان كل شي ممتاز اقامة مريحة وطاقم عمل منتبه وخاصة (اندرو) كان معنا بكل شي اعطانا الواتساب الخاص فيه لاي شي نحتاجه باي وقت صادف يوم اقامتنا تاريخ ميلاد زوجتي وارسلوا كيكة وعبارة تهنئة كان تصرف لطيف . الغرف نظيفه ومريحه . كل يوم مساء يتم توزيع قطع بتفور وعبارة تصبح على خير مكتوبة على ورقة شجر كانت لفته حلوه. يوجد مقابل المنتجع سوق ليلي متوفر فيه كل الاحتياجات وحتى الاكل الحلال. بوفيه الافطار متنوع وكثير واغلبه يناسب المسلمين وارجو الاهتمام وزيادة الاكل الحلال للمسلمين − يجب الاهتمام بالتكييف داخل الغرف فهو موزون مسبقا مما يجعل الغرف ليست بروده مناسبة للنوم. الماء الحار بالدش كان ضعيف وياخذ وقت طويل حتى تزداد الحرارة مما يهدر الكثير من الماء. الاهتمام وزيادة بالاكل الحلال للمسلمين

A disappointing start completely turned around by Andrew + The three-bedroom villa was excellent, spacious and comfortable, and completely changed our experience. The resort itself has great potential and good facilities, though as a whole Vietnam is still behind with customer service. Special recognition to Andrew from Guest Relations, who genuinely listened to our concerns, took action and turned a disappointing start into a very enjoyable stay. Thala spa was amazing! − The original 3 bedroom suite was very outdated despite being one of the top room categories. We experienced faulty TVs, master bedroom AC issues, an unexpectedly shared toilet, algae around the pool corners and a sewage smell around the pool area. I also developed a skin rash which I suspected was from the bedding. The rooftop lounge closes at 10pm, late-night room service is very limited, and airport transfer times are not flexible. Breakfast looks impressive with a large spread, but the actual options are quite rep…

I won't recommend this brand to anyone 🙏 + They should replace the management of this resort. − The entire experience from check-in to check-out was the worst I've ever had. I paid the same price as many other options, but I chose this one. After visiting this property, I still wonder why I chose it. Whatever drama I had, I could easily turn it into a full Netflix series.
