No Compassion, Only Money – Old Hotel + Very disappointing experience. I had a genuine family emergency, as my father was critically ill and hospitalized, and I had to return to my country immediately. Despite providing proof of his hospitalization, the hotel refused to refund even part of the amount for the unused nights. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of understanding or compassion during such a difficult situation. It felt like the only thing that mattered was the money. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was also far from what I expected. The property appeared old and poorly maintained, and I experienced insects and significant noise during my stay. I strongly recommend that travelers carefully consider these issues before booking. Relaxing and enjoyable. + Great location,we received room upgrade which was good.Staff extremely friendly and helpful. − With room upgrade we were at front plenty of night life noise,but we were informed clearly by staff at check in and we were happy to take that room.It’s not a complaint.
