Fantastic stay + Staff super friendly..cant do enough for you especially. Breakfast staff amazing! Good choice of food at breakfast...we didnt eat at the restaurant. Located near a gorgeous beach and lovely places to eat. Room was huge....whirlpool bath isrd twice...although takes about 15 minutes to fill lol. Took moped out for day...hired from lady across the road who also sorted out our laundry for us. Really easy to drive around tbe island....little traffic. Beaches super quiet...just a gorgeous relaxing island. − Shower luke warm...not like bath. Does need updating but minor issue. There are a lot of steps of there are people who are physically challenged.

Paradise with amazing views + Absolutely beatifull, calming and relaxing hotel with amazing staff. My room and the whole place is so beautifull, spotlessly clean, calm and quiet. Had the privilege suite and I’m almost speechless at beauty of the room and the view from it. Soaking on the jacuzzi, watching sunset and listening to the waves crashing on the shore was so relaxing and soothing my soul. Really good wifi and the pool is lovely and one of a kind. Breakfast the best, made by order. Ate all my meals at Red Alert restaurant and everything was so delicious. And as a bonus, got to enjoy breakfast watching cute monkeys playing around. This was unforgettable and just incredibly wonderful experience. Thank You The Houben and all You lovely people here. If possible, I would give 11/10 to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Wir haben verlängert + Das liebenswerte Personal fällt mir als wichtigster Punkt ein. Das Wahnsinns Frühstück nicht zu vergessen 🥳. A la Carte was man wünscht und Buffett mit Früchten und Thailändischen Sweets. Die Betten schön weich. Nicht so bretthart wie sonst in Thailand. Von allen Zimmern ein schöner Meerblick . − Eigentlich gibt es nicht viel zu kritisieren. Mir war es ein wenig zu laut. Der Strassenlärm ist gut zu hören und auch die Nachbarn wenn sie die halbe Nacht Stühle im Zimmer rumschieben . Oder die Türen knallen. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts . Im Pool war zu viel Chlor. Einmal rein gehen reichte uns deshalb.

− Non ho soggiornato nella struttura pur avendo pagato intero importo .. struttura molto trascurata assolutamente il prezzo di 7000 baht al giorno non è adeguato sia per i servizi che per la camera che necessita assolutamente di manutenzione mobili vecchi odore di chiuso terrazza esterna inagibile causa scimmie

The hotel has a lot of potential, but did not live up to expectations! + The facilities and hotel room had a lot of potential and visually looked really nice − I imagine due to low season the room hadn’t been used for a while which meant that the hot tub wasn’t clean and all the water lines smelt of sewage when used. Other than the guy on reception who was super helpful, we seemed very much an inconvenience to the rest of the staff. We asked for a toastie on the first day at 4pm, took over 90 minutes to come, and only when I asked them to cancel it so we could instead go for dinner, they said ‘1 minute’ and proceeded to bring out a cold toastie that has clearly been sitting on the side. We also asked for cocktails and they asked us to delay these for over an hour as they didn’t have the staff to make them. We just thought this was a few teething issues, but due to a late lunch we took a ride around town to have a look at the island in which a lot of the restaurants were under maintena…

Amazing staff and beautiful sea views, but the hotel itself is outdated and in need of a complete renovation. The photos + The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The sea view is beautiful and is probably the strongest feature of this property. We appreciate the effort of the team, as they were always polite and welcoming. − Unfortunately, the hotel was a major disappointment. The property feels old, worn out, and in urgent need of renovation. Our room showed clear signs of age, including damaged corners, worn furniture, and mold around the air-conditioning vents. While the photos look attractive online, the reality was very different. We travel frequently and usually stay in quality hotels throughout Thailand, but this was one of the few places where we decided to move to another hotel immediately after checking in. Exceptionnel, relaxant + j’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Tout était réuni pour passer un moment inoubliable. Le personnel est tout simplement génial. J’ai eu la chance de venir en basse saison, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable et reposant. La plupart des membres de l’équipe étaient vraiment disponibles, souriants et attentionnés. Il est tout simplement exceptionnel : d’un grand professionnalisme, extrêmement gentil, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service.
