+ Booked 4 nights stay. On arrival was told pool out of order for the rest of the month. Staff limited English so trying to communicate in relation to a refund was impossible. Room was small balcony area in closed with bars prison like. Contacted ebookers in relation to this and they contacted management with no success. Stay away save you the hassle.

2024 holiday + The hotel was under renovation outside area very messy building materials everywhere pool not in use The rooms very comfortable & clean The cleaning staff very helpful Restaurant food is very good but had to wait nearly one hour for food to arrive when customers who came in for service after ourselves were served first Staff nice but not able to understand what you wanted training is needed When renovation is completed will be a nice place to say & staff training
