Wouldn’t return + Away from the party area but close enough to walk to the centre and beach. Clean @ good A/C. We were offered complimentary breakfast. − This is a very mixed review as upon arrival it was great. The room was very clean and looked as described however… To lock the bungalow when leaving it was a padlock and key and a kind of bolt you would see on a toilet when your on the inside. The wood had swollen too and bottom which meant there was a gap in the door to let bugs in. Curtains were dirty and didn’t really help keep bugs out. The ceiling looks like it’s leaking and we slept under the covers because it’s like a thatch/woven/wooden roof that had bits growing and they dropped on us in the middle of the night. It was water tight but gaps everywhere meant we had Harry the Gecko join us both nights. Ants in the bathroom (super high up) going through a vent and into the pipe. We didn’t mention anything about them as they did not come into the room at all and we worried that…

A nice hostel / hotel but ultimately disappointed due to the location + The bungalow was nice, staff were nice − When you search up the name of the property on google maps , the location is incorrect , the actual property is 12 minutes walk east away from the centre… and we would not have booked the property if the location was as it said

Clean, nice stuff & great accommodation + The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was super clean and the beds super comfortable! Directly in front of our door was a pool where are you could jump in directly after waking up! So all in all: super accommodation! & a great surprise , they bring the luggage for you to the ferry! − Nothing - all perfect

Superb + The staff were amazing, so so helpful! It was great to have a pool and it was a short walk from the main town. − The bed was very creaky and there was a gap in the door that allowed some reptiles and bugs into our room. The water from the sink and toilet was also quite dirty and smelled but this seems to be a common issue in Phi Phi.

Flush does not work properly, else amazing property + Location was good, rooms were a little different from what was shown to us, but they were good − Flush was not working most of the time

Exceptional + The manager and the staffs of the resort was very good and helpful, they provided us with an extra room after the check out as the we went for squba in the morning. I would really recommend everyone to stay in this place as it is beautiful, value for money and very well behaved staff.

Very good + We stayed in the cottage which was a lovely big room and big bathroom. Great pool and umbrellas for shade by the sun loungers. Staff were very friendly − The door didn’t quite shut properly which meant we had lots of bugs in our room.

Very enjoyable. + Nice rooms, but a lot of construction around. Pool was nice and clean, and staff is helpful albeit difficult to locate at times. Allowed us to shower after snorkeling even though we were checked out, thank you. − It is a bit of a walk, and there was a lot of construction, but it was quiet at night.
