Good experience. Will revisit if I come again to Phuket. + Great location. An antique building. Very neatly decorated. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good breakfast, though variety is not great to choose from. − They changed me for a 500 THB security deposit. This was my first experience in my travel life.

Stayed for a week in the basic room. Very good value for money. + Great location. Quiet. Pleasant staff. − Only thing is the bar fridge is connected to the room power. So when you take your swipe card with you all the power goes off, including the bar fridge.

Overall cant complain especially with the price that I had paid. Good for shorter stays. + Our stay for three days was very cheap. Staff were friendly and accommodating. AC was a life saver. − Just a little bit iffy with the bathroom, water pressure for the shower was a little bit weak. The shower floor needs a bit of a scrubbing. Hallway (4th floor) was a little dark.

So so, won’t recommend. + Ok for a night halt. − Rude staff, if they do some help then they will make you realise that they are not supposed to do it rather you should do it on your own, bot good vibe overall. Won’t ever comeback to this property. They don’t care about customer comfort or ease since they are in good location and find lot of customers. Room felt like cave, very poor bed ergonomic, difficult to stand, they have put mattress on elevated floor surface.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, soggiorno piacevole e struttura che consiglio. + Camera spaziosa e principalmente ben pulita. La colazione è stata davvero ottima: viene preparata al momento e si può scegliere dal menu ciò che si desidera. Una menzione speciale per il cappuccino, davvero buonissimo! Anche il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. − In realtà non ho particolari aspetti negativi da segnalare. L’unica piccola nota riguarda alcuni dettagli della camera: pur essendo ben pulita, si notavano qua e là alcune piccole imperfezioni nella ristrutturazione, come qualche macchiolina vicino ai muri o agli specchi. Inoltre, va considerata la posizione: le zone più turistiche, come Patong e Karon, distano circa 30 minuti in auto, soprattutto considerando traffico e strade in salita. Consiglio quindi di valutare la posizione in base alle zone che si desidera visitare.
