+ Hotel hosted the event we attended. Shuttle from the hotel to event place and back were great. − Our room was flooded by the aircon condensation. With the room replacement, the following could be improved: 1. placement of toilet roll to be more conveniently accessible from toilet seat. 2. no area to dry small clothes.

Мы выбрали этот отель исключительно из-за близости стадиона. Номера очень старые , завтрак совсем обычный, сервиса нет. + Несмотря на то что отель очень старый, видно, что за ним ухаживают: чисто, всё работает. − Нам нужен был утюг, чтобы гладить вещи. Иногда мы просили, но его не приносили. У нас было важное соревнование утром. Вечером мы попросили утюг, но нам грубо отказали, сказав, что у них есть только прачечная, которая к тому моменту была закрыта. Мне и моей команде пришлось идти в мятых футболках — это очень неудобно и неприятно. Отель позиционирует себя как пять звёзд. Если они боятся пожара, должны купить утюги, которые сами выключаются при перегреве

Disappointing- I'll never visit again + Beautiful clean hotel. − Booked with airport transfers but left stranded at airport & with no Internet or phone service we would have had to stay there if it wasn't for the kind airport staff helping us. Hotel receptionist said they did not offer airport transfer even though it is advertised on their website & there were 3 minibuses parked outside with the hotel logo! Advertised currency exchange but refused to change £30 in order for us to pay for our airport return & card payment not available. Receptionists offered no assistance to help resolve our problem. Taxi did not put us on the meter & thankfully accepted the 840thb that we had left as payment. Disappointing end to a wonderful Thailand trip.

Great view from the room. + It was good for a night. Clean. The employees were kind. − It came up as an option close to the airport. It is not, and there isn’t a shuttle although the listing said there was. The room and hotel interior is dated.
