ดีทุกด้าน + ผมทำงานเดินทางประชุมทั่วไทยพักโรงแรมทุกเดือนๆละ 10 คืน ครั้งนี้เที่ยวปีใหม่ โรงแรมอยู่ระหว่าง จอมเทียน 15-16 เดินข้ามถนนติดชายหาดจอมเทียม ห้องพักดี อุปกรณ์ห้องน้ำครบ มีไดร์เป่าผม อ่างอาบน้ำ ห้องมีระเบียง วิวทะเล สระว่ายน้ำมี 2 สระ อาหารเช้าใช้ได้ ที่จอดรถใต้โรงแรม เข้าออกมีบริการโบกรถ ร้านสะดวกซื้อ พนักงานดูแลดี ให้ข้อมูลเป็นประโยชน์ ไม่ไกลจากร้านปูเป็นอาหารทะเลสด การตบแต่งโรงแรมสวยมาแล้วไม่ผิดหวัง

ต้องปรับปรุงอีกเยอะ + ที่จอดรถไม่พอต้องจอดข้างถนน ลิฟท์มีตัวเดียว ผ้าขนหนู อาบน้ำผืนเล็กเปื่อยเก่า led tvเก่าใกล้พัง สีเพี้ยน ภาพไม่ชัด ระเบียงไม่มีโตะ วิวไม่ดี สระว่ายน้ำเล็ก ไป2คืน แต่อยู่คืนเดียว

+ The Royal Heritage Pavilion is a beautiful h hotel. But they don't understand customer service. First when you check in everyone must give a 1000 baht deposit Ok bad enough but they make you stand there for 5 minutes while the desk clerk fumbles about writing up a receipt. Why don't they prepare the receipts in advance? Next they only give one one room key and charge you 500 baht deposit for the 2nd key and again another 5 minutes waiting for the receipt. Next the room as nice and large with a great view but. Only 3 hangers in the closet empty minibar. No coffee cream or sugar. No kettle for heating water (it took 3 phone calls and a trip down to the desk to get a kettle) only 2 medium size towels and 2 face towels. The internet kept going out and had to be reset. Only a 32inch tv in a premium room. When i ordered a in room massage the door man warned me that if it took over 1 hour that my wife and i would be charged a joiner fee of 1000 baht. Overall a 4 star hotel with 2 star…

Classy place right on the beach + really nice. Location right on the beach, where the fishing boats land. Lovely design with beautiful traditional Art, 2 nice pools. Kids and parents loved it.

Will return, Decent Facilities, Reasonably priced, Great Views + I would recommend and come back again The views are amazing and a great location, the staff are decent and try their best, which I appreciated. Facilities are good, and there are decent options for children with a kid's pool on level 2. Good for couples, or families and reasonably priced. The suites would be great for hosting a decent sized group to celebrate the new year. The decor is Thai Traditional and not modern decor, so don't expect that. Some design flaws are clearly stated, but can be overlooked due to the rest of the facilities. Atmosphere is relaxed and if you don't expect 5 star anything goes, at 5 star prices you'll be satisfied. Understand the staff enforces hotel policies, so they don't have the leeway to cater to all requests. Expect to pay for additional add-ons which may be clearly stated in your booking policies.

+ Nice hotel. Great view of the beach, brilliant staff, nice pools, nice room, a bit on the edge of Beach Road but public transport by the door step so no problem. Recommendable.

+ I asked for one extra blanket because we booked for three people and they only have two blankets and they are not available for us . We’re disappointed and thought the management should be better than this .

Ok + Oppholdet var helt ok. Hotellet har ikke den beste beliggenheten. Rommet rent og pent. Veldig hyggelig personale. Men wifi fungerte ikke overhode under vårt opphold.
