Unbeliable value for 5 star comfort, service and location. + I chose this place because of its high rating, and after staying here, I completely understand why it receives such positive reviews. I arrived late, and the hosts kindly left clear instructions for me and allowed me to complete registration the next morning. The service throughout my stay was exceptionally kind and welcoming. They even prepared a special breakfast for me, which I truly appreciated. The WiFi is very fast ands there’s plenty of comfortable books around the premises to enjoy a rest in a sofa. The room and the entire building are immaculately clean. The bedding and bathroom were especially appealing—very comfortable, inviting, and well maintained. I had heard great things about the breakfast, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. The quality of the fruit and bread was excellent: very fresh, juicy fruit and bread with a deep, natural flavor. Great cosy place + Cosy and well decorated place. "Home" feeling. Not expecting to have such a nice breakfast for this price category. Friendly and helpful staff. − Nothing wrong about Baan Hanibah. But one thing about Chiang Mai itself: if possible avoid the season of man-made fires. The smog is bad. Looking at the bright side, there are not so many tourists then.

太难忘了 太喜欢了 + 像家一样，服务比我在泰国的任何一个酒店都更好。曾评选为亚洲top10民宿。早餐的鸡饭和汤粉也非常非常好吃。一切都充满人情味。我寄存行李时忘记告知来取的时间，房东并没有问，直到我来取 他们都默默的在等。提前入住，也不催促退房。当然房源空闲的前提下，这一切都不是他们必须做的，但他们都做了。住进的不只是一个可以让你过夜的房间，而是泰国传统的兰纳70年老宅，是一家几代人的岁月，是被温柔以待的一片小天地。房间一尘不染 甚至我女儿爬到床底玩捉迷藏，公共区域还有大冰箱和免费的茶水点心。我住过上百家民宿，而这一家会是我至今最难忘的，也忘不了房东老奶奶的微笑。 − 没有，一切都太完美了。只要你不是抱着富丽堂皇豪华酒店的期待去住，一切都不会让你失望，甚至充满惊喜。

This historic Lanna teak house is absolutely amazing and tucked away in a peaceful corner right in the heart of the Old City. We stayed in a family room that was incredibly cosy, spacious, and perfectly set up for us to unwind together. The staff here are truly the sweetest, most helpful people you will ever meet, making us feel like family from the very first moment.
