Poor + Nothing. The location was miles from the entertainment area of downtown Ratsada. Left after two days and booked another hotel that was central to the entertainment area.

Pleasant + The hotel was in good location, near Bus Terminal 2, the room was in the 5th floor so the view was pretty nice, there is a specious balcony, also you can rent a scooter for best price-250 BHT and it was a brand new one. The staff was polite and friendly − The rooms are really outdated, especially the bathroom, the furniture was in a bad condition, there was a bit of a moldy smell in the room. I guess you get what you paid for.

Worth this price, but to relax there are better places + + location is authentic. Not touristic place, where you can see how people of Thailand live + the view from the window was great + good service. If you ask for something, staff make it fast + price is cheap − - noisy AC - hair everywhere. Looks clean at first, but cleaned too quickly, so it should be longer - you can hear everything from other rooms - noisy fridge - pictures of rooms don’t match reality - washroom is in very bad conditions. Water everywhere - pigeons on a balcony

Exceptional + Everything − The spring beds are not comfortable and it gives more body pain. Please check the cushions of the bed to avoid this issue with other customers. Also replying to the direct emails is not happening, I have sent 4 emails to request you a favour but I haven't received any updates on that.

quality of the place + the room quite clean but the hanger is full of bird shit − air con got problem not cold enough and bed spring coming out

Budget stay but not worth for a higher price. + Very basic accommodation and nothing much other than peaceful area, hot water, aircon. − Not worth for the price they charge. Kind of lodge, bathrooms were stinky and no other facilities. The access key wasn’t working at night and there is no reception available. Need to travel 15 kms to visit any attraction.

Zwaar onder de maat + Helaas weinig positiefs ongeacht de aanbevelingen vanuit o.a. Booking.com en meerdere aanbieders..... − Airco niet koud, bedlinnen slecht, slechte bedden zonder comfort, badkamer slecht onderhouden en geen enkele ventilatie, geen schone handdoeken bij binnenkomst.
