+ The staff were very caring and kind. However the physical aspects of the hotel. The bed was rock hard, even after the staff tried to assist making the bed comfier it didn’t work. Also there were bugs in the bathroom. Not super ideal. − The bed was rock hard and I didn’t get any sleep. I had to move hotels which wasn’t ideal. If the hotel invested in better mattresses, I would stay.

Hermoso Hotel - Muy bueno. + El lugar es muy cómodo. Las habitaciones fueron mejor de lo que esperaba, muy amplias y limpias. El hotel es ideal para descansar ya que tiene un hambiente relajado y no se escucha el ruido de la calle principal. El personal fue MUY antento y siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier requerimiento. Muy bien la gente de recepción! La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo.

+ Emplacement proche de tout mais un peu en retrait donc aucun bruit la nuit. Personnel très gentil et serviable. Chambre propre, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Il y a un 7/11 à 50m. Plage à 10 min à pied. Night market à 15 min à pied. − Jet de la douche très faible.

This place has seen better days ! + This place is all about the location. Close to the busy"strip" and an easy walk to Au Nang beach but up a small lane off the strip so just far away from the noise. − Reception wanted a 1000bht deposit in cash (for breakages). Hotels don't do that! Hostels catering for drunks and pot heads might. This is supposed to be a hotel. We refused to pay when we saw the existing breakages in the room that had not been fixed. EG: broken tap in the sink, broken toilet seat, broken loo roll holder, leaky shower. broken safe.

Ubytování samo o sobe bylo fajn, ale příště bych vybrala jiný. Byly jsme ubytované tady a v Sabai Hotel a raději bychom + Příjemná recepce, super umístění − Poměrně velký ruch, hodně tvrdá postel

The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. However, the bathroom window couldn’t fully close, which all + Air conditioning is cold, room is spacious − Bathroom window couldn’t shut completely, there’s a few mosquitoes went inside the room and small baby moths came in

Really nice however, not recommended for families I would suggest couples, friends or lone travellers + Modern and clean, cosy and comfortable with great staff − Unfortunately thin walls and other guest not respectful of times, constant noise though to early hours in the morning. Furthermore, the water in the shower smelt odd and some of the walls could have done with a fresh coat of paint

+ Location is slightly tuck away at a alley off main street which is great, it also has a 7-11 right outside. Hotel is overall quite and peaceful, staff is also very helpful with the travel package and motorbike booking − Everything is perfect

Gute und moderne Unterkunft + Eine gute, moderne Unterkunft. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und haben es nicht bereut. Bei den Temperaturen wäre ein Pool schön gewesen, in dem man schwimmen kann. Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Gut ist, dass man auf dem Balkon einen Wäscheständer hat, um seine Strandsachen zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. − Im Vergleich zu anderen Destinationen empfanden wir die Unterkünfte in Krabi als zu teuer. Das gilt auch für dieses Hotel.
